Middle Name?

I know it's super early, but DH and I decided on first names for a boy and girl long before we were even TTC. Now that we're pregnant, I'm trying to think of middle names. I'm pretty sure we have our boy one already...but the girl one is much harder!

We're going with the name Katherine. Here are my current ideas (the baby is due in late June/early July):

That was my first choice, though I'm planning on calling her Katie, and wonder if "Katie Lilly" goes well if I decide to call her a combo of her nickname/middle name.

If you wanted to do a combo with the middle name I would say Katherine Delilah. Katie Lilah is really cute!
