Vicki great to hear Alana is doing well.

Dano so lovely to hear from you. How are your boys? Just wondering how you find the age gap between your boys? Feeling broody so I'm not sure if I'll last till September!

Yep all good, boys great!

We were ntnp and not expecting anything, as I'm still bfing, but I just got a bfp yesterday/today!
Could have a 3rd baby by August! Still in disbelief and haven't even told hubby yet :haha:

Vegas love the name. Our daughters share a middle name btw.

Dano congrats.

Everybody lives asking us so are u done or are u pkanning anymore. Its lije hello she is not yet 3 weeks old ask me in a couple years. A nicu dr told us the day we got discharged that we make cute babies so just keep making them. I had to laugh cause at one point i told my husband the first ugly baby we make will be our last. (as a joke of course). But i have always wanted 8 kids. But i playing it by ear now. In a few years if i ger baby fever again then i will plan 1 more even if behind hubbys bavk. If i dont get baby fever then i guess i done. I dont know. I need to heal from this one first.

M2C- Thanks! I can't believe she's 6 months already. Still feel like I just had her! She had her doctors appointment yesterday, 15 lbs 6 oz (35 %ile) and I can't remember the other stats, except her length went down off her growth curve. So either there was a bad measurement last time or she needs a little more calories. Hopefully solids will clear things up.

Dan-O: Congrats!!! That is so fun. I have moments of broodiness, but I'm pretty resolved to wait another year...we'll see.

Raff have you started solids? She sounds perfect whatever her size. Haven't had indigo weighed for a while but have the health visitor Tuesday so will try get her weighed then.

Dano what lovely lovely news. Have everything crossed. Make sure you keep is updated. Congratulations!

Vicki it's amazing you have 7 babies. Must be very expensive at Christmas but must be so lovely with so many excited children.

Is everyone ready for crimbo? Xxx

M2C- yep we started solids a couple weeks ago, but she only has about 2 oz a day, so nothing significant. I'm also going to give her a little formula every day too. I was doing that but then I quit a couple months ago and I probably shouldn't have. She only nurses on my left side, won't even suck on my right for more than 10 seconds. It's been like this for a while. I don't think it could hurt to try feeding her extra, and then see what her curve looks like at the 9 month check up.

Vegas - Huge congrats on your rainbow! She sounds great. Love chubby cheeks :)

Bevb - So you're being induced tomorrow? How exciting! Will be waiting for the update! BTW, your bump looks beautiful. I don't get how they told you put on too much weight!? I almost have the same bump at 4.5 months!!!

Raff - I'm sure Emsley is just a petite baby. I remember jackie was worried about the same issue and Marcy seems to be growing just fine, if I'm not wrong.

Vicki - Hope Alana will get better with nursing, for both of your sakes, soon. And also hope your iron levels will improve. Being exhausted with a newborn+6 kids must be exhausting :)

Tung - Congrats on the scan. You must know better than me, but 1 day means really nothing. S/he just is sooo much small...

Dan-o - Wow, congrats on your BFP. We always thought we'll only have 1, but I guess it's hard to stop once you start :). Who knows?!

AFM - I think I may have felt the baby today. It was a regular/rhytmic thing. Made me wonder if she had the hiccups :).

And don't get me wrong. I always wanted a little girl, but DH wanted a boy. And when the OB said it was most likely a boy at the 12 week scan, I was sure that was that! So don't tell DH, but I'm on :cloud9:

We'll have the anatomy scan next Friday, by a specialist; and I'm both excited and nervous. Praying everything is ok...

Ok so I tried to post the other day, stepped away for a minute and when I came back all was gone, so I'm keeping this brief.

Ece: enjoy all those kicks and every little movement, such a special time.

Dan-o: congrats on your bfp

Raff: Em sounds perfect to me, but I'm curious what happens to the non-nursing side, do you get quite lopsided?

Vicki: my mil is "Vicky" and I've always loved the name Victoria so I thought it would make the perfect middle name. I had to come up with something as dh didn't like my first choice of middle name and she was already several hours old and we still had two first names we liked too. I'm not sure how you've named seven children, it's hard! Hope all is well with you and all your babies.

Afm: we are doing well. Recovery from this c-section has been way easier than last time. I can tell Gracie has been losing weight despite supplementing with formula until my milk came in. Of course it's in now and she is impatient on the boob. We'll work it out. I swear I'll post a pic in a little while.

Hi ladies,
I'm sorry I haven't been in touch. Miller Samuel Wilding arrived on 11/12 at 04.17 weighing 7lb 9oz. I am totally obsessed with him!

Xx

Vegas, congratulations, hope you're getting on ok. Can't believe we finally have our rainbows.

Xx

Massive congratulations! What a little beauty! Lovely name too. Hope your feeling well and labour went ok xxx

Bevb: congratulations! He is precious! Isn't it just the most wonderful feeling in the world! Hope you are feeling well and getting some rest.

Congratulations bev!! He's so precious!!

It really is like no other feeling in the world. Labour was truly horrendous, recovery is taking a while. I lost quite a lot of blood so am taking iron tablets.
I just can't believe how lovely he is, best thing I ever did and so worth the long wait to get him.
Breast feeding didn't work for me and wasn't helped by the hospital staff, so feeling quite guilty. But he was weighed today and all is going in the right direction.

Xx

He is beautiful Bev. Congratulations! Enjoy your special cuddles! Xx

BevB- Aw Miller is so sweet! Congratulations!!!

Loving all the new babies this month, exciting to see everyone getting their rainbows.

Vegas- YES I am horribly lopsided all the time. But I've always been nearly flat chested anyway, so basically I have a B-cup on one side and A-on the other. It isn't noticeable when I'm dressed, but it looks very goofy when I see myself in the mirror! :dohh:

Bev: hopefully you wil recover quickly and forget all the bad details of the birth. It's easy to forget when you see the product of that labor. I wouldn't feel guilty about not breast feeding. I'm doing a bit of combo feeding as Grace was too impatient to let my milk come in and she had lost quite a bit of weight. You do what you believe is right and what works for you.

Vicki: three weeks of dh at home must be awesome. I'm sure he's especially helpful with the older children.

Raf: well, up until my milk came in yesterday I was a B-cup and currently I look like some sort of newly minted porn star. There appears to be an over abundance of product and although she's trying, Grace isn't making a dent in these things. Ouch.
