Molar and Partial Molar Pregnancy Support Group

Thank you Dan-o for the invite to this group.. Before I joined this cite I did not know anyone who had molar pregnancy, this helps a lot

Welcome waiting4 no1. So sorry for you loss. I hope you find the support and understanding you need here. I myself, couldn't have asked for a better group of ladies to have their support and friendship throughout my journey.

Waiting4 welcome I hope you find some help with us ladies. All here for you.

Dano mega hugs for you lovely. Take it easy xxxxxxx

Alana had her shots today. They weighted her again. She was up 5 oz from friday. But is running a fever from the shots.

Dano - thinking of you.

Waiting4 - welcome, this is a great group. Definitely helped me through the dark days.

I spoke to the consultant who helped me after my partial molar and he said he would see me to sort out my problems. But now my gp won't refer me yet! So have to wait in pain for at least another two weeks!

Bev that's just ridiculous, can you get to see a different Gp and demand to be referred? Must be so hard being in that much pain while looking after a tiny baby (well not so tiny by the sounds of it lol!!)

I've emailed the consultant to let him know. They were like this last time and we just bypassed them. Hopefully he will be willing to do that again. I just want a specialist to have a look, he might decide that it will just take time. But I'd trust him over my gp any day.

Oh bev that's rubbish. How can they expect you to carry on?! Hope they sort it for you ASAP! Xxx

It's ridiculous, if it was going to heal it would have by now. I want to be getting out more but some days I can't walk! Not sure why there is a problem when the consultant is asking for the referral!

Bev, fingers crossed your specialist will by pass the system and see you. Thinking of you xx

Dano, thinking of you every day xxx

Hi

Need to catch up on a few posts, but wanted to say dano i am so so sorry for your loss.

It sounds like alot has been going on since i was last here. I really need to take more time to come here, but seriously where do my days go.

Lots of love to you all,

Xxxx

Hi Lottie good to see you on here! Wow time is flying, can't believe your rainbow is just about 5 months! Such a lovely age :cloud9:

So, lots and lots has happened!

Bev congrats on your rainbow! Love the name and such a lovely weight. Sorry about your probs now, who is your consultant by the way. For my molar probs I had mr baldwin (who was lovely and i received the nicest letter from after having ella) and then during my pregnancy had mr brocklesby who was also very good (but more tells it like it is). I hope it all gets sorted. :hugs:

Laura - i hope you, dh and your 2 little ones are well. Are you ttc now? I hope you get a bfp very soon.

Becky - congrats on your news. I hope the spotting goes away and lovely to see lo. How is Marcy?

Tina - hi! Hope you and the boys are all well. They are getting so big now is the photos on facebook are anything to go by!

Kristen - how are you. Lve the picture of gloria - what lovely hair she has!

Vicki - congrats on your rainbow too!

I know I have missed people, so sorry about that. I think about you girls so much, and love this group. I need to make time to come here because your are all ao wonderful.

We are all good, ella is wonderful. She is a little chunk! She is 5 months on friday and getting so big! I love her so much and still can't believe how lucky we are to have her.

Xx

Lottie so lovely to hear from you! Sounds like your doing great! We are all fine thank you. I stopped taking the mini pill just over 4 weeks ago so we are just seeing how it goes. Not even sure if AF will return as I'm still feeding indie 3-4 times a day. Guess we will see. How is Ella? Loved your picture you put on fb the other day! Gorgeous!

Xxx

Thanks Laura.

Fingers crossed af returns soon. Is Indie eating solids now? How did you wean her? Does she have any formula or all bf?

Ella is good. We got her weighed last week (20 weeks) and she was 16lbs 4 or 7.4kg. We are starting to think about weaning. Getting pressure from family to wean her (my sisters baby is 8 days younger thn ella and is on 2 full meals) where as ella still drinks milk. I don't think she is ready, so don't want to rush it.

Went to work yesterday for a kit day and ella spent the day with my mum. She seemed ok, whoch is good.

How is your (new)house going?

Xx

Hi Lotte,
Wow 5 months, time is flying by.
I saw Mr Crawford, he did an op for me after the partial molar. I contacted him to see if he could recommend someone for me to see and kindly said I could go to him.

Mr Crawford is wonderful! I also met him A few times, I think he works quite closely with mr baldwin. The day I went in to be induced with Rory, he came to see me to tell me how sorry he was, which was so thoughtful.

I hope you mange to get a referal for him from your gp.

Xx

Lotte- we are doing well here. Haha, that crazy hair pic of Gloria is one of my favorites! Funny though, she has all curls and Emsley's is stick straight...so far. I can't get over how old Eleanor is too! Do you guys ever talk about when you'd like to have #2? ... I know it is still a bit early, but it's still fun to talk about.
