I had my d&c today. I just got home. I'm a little sore, but not bad. It was a very surreal experience. My post op appointment is next week and I will have the answers I need. Thank you all for caring.

MummytoCorban I had my blood draw today--DH apparently forgot I do that monthly LOL easier for him to forget than me.

My OH always asks why im at the doctors! You would have thought they would remember! Hehe! I really look forward to just having urine samples! June and ill be on just urine! WOOP WOOP! XXX

Mummy2Corban, so ex citing about the wedding venue. When are you getting married?

I had my specialists appointment yesterday. Was a great weight lifted off me as the doctor thinks there is no link between my molar and previous mc (just very bad luck). Lots of tests and more to come but she was happy with how my levels are dropping and only is making me wait until I have 3 negative month tests. Was so nice to hear some good news for a change. Fingers crossed for a level closer to zero from todays tests. Small steps closer to trying again for my special baby.

Its looking like the 11th August Just gotta sort some bits out hopefully today with the wedding planning so we should know for sure. Its all happened quickly to be honest as we were in no rush but my dads flat is now being sold (he passed away 3 years ago) and it felt right to use some of the money to get married with.

Really good to hear that you only have to wait 3 negatives. Im glad to hear your good news too! Let us know if you get your negative result today

Mummy2corban... I know its crazy how fast its gone! I have my dating scan on thurs afternoon, but i have an appointment at the hospital today and I have no idea what its for, at my booking in appointment my midwife said I would have consultant led care because of the pmp but she said my consultant wouldn't want to see me til about 26 weeks so I'm stumped!? And now im worrying myself lol!
Fantastic news about your wedding I love weddings, it gives you something to focus on! Xx

ooo so exciting...do you think you could post your scan picture?? So we can have a coo over it? pppllleeeaaasseee??? hehe! What does consultant led care involve?? Try not worry lovely maybe they just wanted to see you early? Let us know how it goes. Im thinking the wedding will help distract too....plus if im preggo before ill have something else to think about rather than obsessing about new pregnancy.

Thanks hun, well I went to the appointment and they werent even sure what it was for so they said they would fit me in for a scan today save me coming back on Thurs I was so unprepared, physically and mentally but figured it was better today rather than getting all stressed about thurs!!! So we went in and the sonographer asked if it was ok if they tried out some extra tests and measurements and that it would take a bit longer so we got to see baby extra long I am in love all over again lol!! Everything is perfect it was a little wriggler and im due 14th September!

Ye I am consultant led care which means i will have extra appointments with a gynaecologist as well as my midwife just so they can monitor me which im fine with!! I will hide the photo (if i can) so that if any of you lovely ladies find it too hard to look at right now you dont need to see it!!

That is really progressive with the 3 months from negative. I got my third monthly negative today from my blood draw last night--woohoo. Where abouts in the world are you??

Sorry I've been MIA for a while ladies - been having a tough time recently but have a session with a therapist booked for tomorrow so hoping that will help. Worried as my levels have gone back up to above normal, not by much but hoping they go back down again.

So sorry to see the new faces here but glad you have found the wonderful support offered here

My levels are 10.4 now (they have dropped down well) so sooo close but still a few weeks away. I have my fingers crossed that i'll get the all clear before my due date.

Blakesmom, congrats on your 3rd negative. How long do you still have to wait?
I'm in Australia. My GP and the hospital said 6 months originally but the specialist seemed to think that was very cautious with my pmp and with how my levels have been dropping the 3 negatives is enough to ensure that there is no further risk. Still a while away but nice to hear something good and that there is an end in sight.

They said that as I have urine tests the results can vary slightly and as they only rose to 0.41 (normal = >0.35) they are not too concerned, they also said that levels can fluctuate with your cycle so it may just be that. So just have to wait for my next sample and hope they go back down. Next sample will be sent off next Tuesday so will be able to call for the results next Friday.

Wedding planning is definatly a good way to keep busy, there is always so much to do!

Rachiroo - nice scan! Yes the tunnel is getting brighter!!

I can't wait to try again.. but at the same time.. I still fear getting another molar pregnancy...

Oh and... my pregnant co-worker got moved into the same room as me... =( happy for her.. but it makes me unhappy at the same time... jealousy issue.....
