Snap - well that has been my number for the past couple of weeks, but this week it's been superceded by fresh apple slices with peanut butter (someone on here suggested it in another thread and now I'm addicted!!)
Yes- be careful of having too much vitamin A in pregnancy. Some vitamins if you have too many will just be excreted by yr body- e.g. vitamins bs and hence bright green/yellow pee. but they do specifically advise you not to eat liver because of high vitamin a content. but i think with carrots- it will only convert to vit a if yr body needs it... i think with most things in pregnancy- be aware they are good in moderation and however much i want to eat that entire box of chocolates- all that sugar is not great for me or baby.
