My left breast feels lumpy and bruised-help?

could this be a blockage? its not really painful just bit sore? cant notice anything to look at it.

i'm worried it could be the start of an infection, any suggestions?

is it hot to the touch? To help it, take a really hot shower then feed first on that side massaging as you do... If you have a fever, I would make an appt to see your doc just in case.

thanks, no fever and i've been doing as you say, feels bit better, no fever fingrers crossed.

Good to hear. Hope bruised feeling goes away but that may take a little longer.
