im not hoping for that much... especially if my SIL is right and her scales are the same... on sunday it only showed a 1lb :(

on sunday mine showed 2lb up so dont b to hasty as i 2lb bk dwn now lol xx
 
Saturday 25th April

Well after my holiday and everything I need a new start.... gonna use my journal again to rant about my feelings etc!! :(:(

Going to find it hard to start tomorrow as my mum is cooking a lovely roast dinner... :( spose I could have it without the yorkshire.... :shrug:

ARGH :grr: its so hard... :(

Sunday 26th April

Well being as tired and zombie that I am atm, and courtney waking up earlier, I had to have to have some breakfast...

so I had branflakes (healthy extra b)

now because Im having a roast dinner later, i need to save my 2nd healthy extra for either my meat or pots... !!

So what do I eat for lunch?? I was ready to throw in it again for one last day, but I cant keep doing that :(
 
yeh thats what I have decided to do :)

bummer cos Ive already had my healthy extra b this morning... just cooking a jacket spud whilst doing my 1st attempt at online shopping....

any ideas of what to buy?? to help the sw diet??
 
Monday 27th April

Well yesterday didnt go as well as I would have liked...

breakfast- bran flakes
lunch- jacket pot with cheese and beans
dinner- roast dinner with fruit crumble and icecream to follow

so it wasnt horrendous and prob not much over my syns but hey!! I dont feel to bad this morning... dredding the scales at sw tomorrow however :(

heres to a good day... :)
 
:rofl: i had some but not sure how many syns worth... wasnt gonna eat anything else and now david is cooking curly fries and its rude not to have any!!

I think it will be the shock of the scales on tues that will kcik my arse in to gear :(

dunno where my will power has gone :(
 
funny thing is tho i cud just imagine u stepping on scales and u actually loose lol xx
 
yeh doubt it... best I can hope for is stay the same...

but I did gain 3lbs at my weigh in before hol... which was shocking :grr:

Wednesday 29th April

Well I am super pleased with myself today

Ive had 3 bananas :rofl:
2 apples
jacket pot with chs and been (cheese HE a)
chicken salad from subway with 2 slices of whole meal bread (bread and chicken my 2 HE bs)
light mayo, and 2 more slices of bread to be synned... so prob bout 9 syns!!

Im pleased with myself cos I found it hard and nearly caved a few times...
mcdonalds breakfast the girls in the office had I had my jacket pot , at 10am though :rofl:
subway my colleague had (boss is way :rofl:) I stuck to a salad

hopefully tomorrow is good too
really need to crack the gym though!!!
