I havent really ate a great deal today... felt so nervous for the biggest game of the season.. well for me anyway!!

Saturday 17th May

Its bloody may and Im still so uncomfortable, I need a boost, getting so bored of this malarky, I really am!! Anyone who reckons this is easy is mad, because its not easy, not at all. My depressive mood makes me want to eat, stops me froming excercising, makes me want to give up!!

Feel so negative about it today :(
 
I really thought, when i was pregnant that it would be easier than this... not EASY but EASIER IYKWIM?? I ate like a pig when pregnant, which I dont anymore, much more active etc and its still hanging around...!! Oh my ... my arms are the worst...!!

the gym is a must too!! I think it helps lots and not just the obvious way too.... i think when you get into a routine and feeling and noticing a difference your less likely to undo you hard work with naughty treats!!

My god I would kill for my pre-preg body!!
 
Monday 18th May

Ok really nearly blew today, but Im pleased with myself now... i think sometimes I expect too much and because I had had 20 syns I was ready to just give up and have what i wanted for dinner...! but really

I had 20 syns... on a ring doughnut and 2 biscuits :blush:

but with that jacket potato with cheese and beans, then a massive bowl of pasta with beans...not the best in the world but its quick and most definetly filling :)

no healthy extra bs so my 20 syns is not so bad...
really cant wait for the grenades to come through... im desperate

Tuesday 19th May

Well my grenades came and I finally plucked up the courage to go and get weighed... gained 3lbs but not bad considering how ive been...

this is it now... no messing about...

Ive not been super good today but not really bad either... considering its my treat day not to bad at all!!

Gonna carry on with sw this time, before when i took pills I kinda ate when i fancied it...!

feeling optimistic!! Went to a slimming class this morning too... need to get my figure back... :)
 
Wednesday 20th May

Been good today... :) :yipee:

had 15 syns though and save 1 healthy extra b and 1 a... everything else free :)

feel a little hungry now... however dont feel like the grenades are working as well as the others did, dunno if its cos Im due my af though :)

only 6 more good days like this... :wohoo:

yeh ok.... like i said above they havent made me as full up as the inferno ones but think it may be because af is due so considering that its good...

had jacket pot and beans for lunch then nothing until 1 slice of toast with tinned toms :rofl: great dinner but I didnt want anything big!!
Cant wait for another 6 days of this :):)
 
Friday 22nd May

Didnt write yesterday cos I was a bit um drunk :blush: but had a good day again :)

and another one today... not fantastic as I had a chinese but chicken chow mein is only 6 and half syns :yipee:
so could have stopped eating half way through ... something I really need to start doing... stopping eating when full :dohh:

just got the weekend to contend with now... :(
 
Saturday 23rd May

Well... tut tut me :rofl:

Didnt eat till about 1:30pm but i was so so starving I ordered a chicken burger with chips at the pub... and hoenslty and truthfully had a couple of bites and could have stopped eating.. (something I really need to learn to do :dohh:)

On top of that had an icecream (well it was hot :blush:) some pringles, and a twirl :dohh:

not major bad considering how i have been before... but still not following sw diet...
I have a bbq tomorrow and going to take my quorn burgers and stuff and try hard to follow sw..!

On the plus side... walked bout 3 miles :happydance:

Ive really noticed my face getting slim today :):) its where I seem to lose it first.. my face and chest.... well get off my arms god dam fat :p
 
Tuesday 26th May

Was so good then my sis shows up with naughty treats :dohh:

Getting out my note book tomorrow and its tracking is essential... and gym too... like everyday!!!
 
Wedneday 27th May

Ive lost it... completely lost it :dohh: getting weighed tomorrow and Im pretty sure Ill be another lb on or something :(

Friday i have to get back on it, excercise everyday too...!! Im just been let down as well, thinking I had some money coming in (with a saturday job, but its not happening :()
I just feel so blah!! :(
 
Thursday 28th May

Well as I knew no way was I getting back onto the plan without being weighed and getting my motivation back...

I just ate whatever today... :dohh: but still only gained 1/2lb really thought it would be more...
totally on it for tomorrow now... excercise too

Friday 29th May
Well i walked to work which is a good mile away :)
I ate

free food- jacket pot, beans, chicken, rice, pineapple
healthy extra a- cheese b- shreddies
syns- quality street x3 (6 syns) sweet and sour sauce (15syns) major high by oh well

Pleased with first day

Saturday 30th May

Free food- orange, banana, jacket pot, beans
Healthy extra a- cheese b- wholemeal bread x2
syns- butter- 3

Super pleased with today especially considering its a saturday, I knew my idea of getting weighed later would work :thumbup: I mean its sunday today and I still really want to follow the plan, previous sundays I would be like oh lets have a treat... :dohh: Now my new sunday is tuesday and its so much easier to be good on a tuesday than a sunday!!IKWIM?!

Sunday 31st May

So proud of myself today, went to a bbq and stuck to my syns and quorn and veggie stuff :) Totally shows how thurs weigh ins are better for me.


plus 34 mins of wii fit

Monday 1st June

Didnt eat anything till 6.30pm... well apart from a banana...

but I did have a curry delivered to the office... within my syns though... so 15 syns but no healthy extras and not much free food...

So excited for thurs ... hoping for 4lbs :)

Tuesday 2nd June

yeah i am mamafy although forget to take one today :dohh:

I dont think they are as strong as the inferno but I am glad of that cos they made me feel abit strange...

Today I had scrambled egg on 2 wholemeal toast

then me and OH went for some pub grub, was so close to saying fuck it as usual lol but didnt and you def feel so much better for making wiser food choices :)
I had chicken and steak with a jacket potato... admittingly I had mayo and butter but hey a little treat is ok :)

had a few haribos too and a mini magnum, but still I feel ok about it because previously I would have been loads worse!!

Britney tomorrow... :wohoo:

and found a great outfit for me to wear on sat night :) pics will follow :)
