My weight loss journal!!

Thursday 30th April

Bit behind as writing this on friday but hey...

had a good day sw wise but I did eat a HELL of a lot of pasta... its hard to think its actually working when you can eat so god damm much!! Surely if I ate all this pasta everyday I wouldnt lose weight... its madness!! :shrug:
 
Friday 31st April

I havent had any sort of tea yet and to be honest abit scared too,

Ive had jacket with cheese and beans which is free but then had some sweets, a wispa and a few pringles...!! :blush: Oh well its done now, dont feel THAT bad about it but I think if I have something to eat now I probably wont stop eating!! Man I hate this dieting lark :(

I wore my jeans today... the ones that I couldnt pull over my thighs when I brought them!! But I am embarassed about the huge belly overhang that I have.... the bottom half.. my legs and bum look relatively slim its just the ugly belly overhang that makes me look still pregnant :shock: oh and the ugly arms so I cant get them out with a strappy top... its just embaressing :(
 
Dont worry, if it makes you feel any better ive jsut bought TONS of cakes and other crap for the weekend before i restart my diet on Monday.

thinking about it now Im actually quite hungry could eat a yummy chinese... :)
really going to resist and just have some toast though cos I have a BBQ tomorrow so may be a little naughty tomorrow!!
 
Tuesday 5th May

Been pretty crap in doing this daily.. :dohh:

but hey I lost 3 and a half pound this week... got slimmer of the week and my 2 stone sticker :) thats 2 stone in 24 weeks with slimming world.. ! Im 15 stone 2 now... would love 2 and half pound next week to get into the next stone down bracket :):)
 
well done on your loss hun your doing really well. you will get there (promise). i have still just over a stone to shift but i have kinda given up (but not at the bingeing stage). i just want a rest from dieting for awhile and just stay as i am. i weigh myself weekly just to make sure i am not gaining. i will probably come back to BNBs biggest lossers......but just not now.

Thursday 7th May

Diet is out the window yesterday and today, not going mad or bingeing or anything but beings it was my sisters birthday yesterday, mum has LOADS of food left over... so what am I to do :rofl: start afresh tomorrow... :):)

But then I remind myself...nothing tastes as good as being thin feels :dohh:
 
well done on this weeks weight loss hun, you are doing really well, its always hard to get into it especially when everyone is eating nice foods around you so you are showing your dedication by sticking to it!

Friday 8th May

well Im not expecting 2lbs this week lollylou.... ive finding it super difficult to get back on it now... and with the weekend approaching and me police training they give me a pack up!! I just dont want to gain... I really dont... will be heartbroken :(

I need a kick up the arse :rofl:
 
Saturday 9th May

well I knew I wouldnt be able to get back on SW today, and tbh really cant be assed this week :( so bad to be like that!!!

I had my police training so I have been very active.. hopefully thats helped *fingers crossed*!!

Today Ive eaten
ham and mustard sandwhich, kit kat 4 finger, walkers crisps, and a MASSIVE portion of lasagne!!
Need to get back on it, but not quite sure when :(
 
hey hun....dw ive also done crappy this week. its going to be my first gain i no it.
but hey tuesdays a fresh new start to chinease on tuesday night for me lol. on a better note tho i did manage to get a top n sum cropped jeans from next today in size 18!! i was like wooo the jeans r abit snug round belly but il get them real comfy once il loose a little more.....we need a big boost for tuesday actually something to work towards!...maybe slimmer of the week needs to get an actual prize rather then a title haha xx

Sunday 10th May

Ive worked so hard today and Im aching all over...!!

Ive eaten...

2 weetabix, tuna sandwhich with crisps and a kit kat, some white chocolate, and pasta with a vegetable sauce with meat cut up in it..!! Im hungry again now...!! I just want to eat :rofl:

Ill decide on tuesday whether I go and get weighed :lol:
 
Monday 11th May

Grr I feel gross.... new start tomorrow, gyming it and everything!! Not going to my meeting though cant bear to be told I had gained...!!
 
Tuesday 12th May

Subway salad with chicken and light mayo
pasta beans and cheese

1 healthy extra a with my cheese
1 healthy extra b with the chicken

mayo 2 syns
wispa 12 syns (i think)

Banana, strawberrys, orange

jacket potato with cheese and beans

mash potato, beans and quorn sausages

1 healthy extra a- cheese
0 healthy extra b

syns - skittles 10, crisps 12 (so to many syns but didnt have healthy extras so hey)

Pleased with myself again but wish I could not eat bloody crap :rofl:

Got a 1st birthday party to go to tomorrow... :(:( dunno what im gonna do!!
