Naughties by Nature

You get given a pad to put in the nappy, a syringe to get it from the pad and a pot to put it in. Managed to get a small sample for them

That sounds better than what we were given for Freya - that was like a little plastic bag with adhesives. We had to try to stick it round her bits and get her to wee in it without it leaking out the sides! Not easy, and taking it off again was no fun (and messy!!).

Hi Raz & Jen
Great to see you in here. Hopefully you'll feel OK about posting in here. It'd be so good to get the whole team back together.
:hugs:

yeah im fine hun just plodding on lol xxx

Hi ladies :)

Well after screaming all day Zara slept for 11 hours last night thank goodness :)

Doctors phoned this morning and said there was some sugar in her urine but nothing significant but they have asked us to go back tomorrow morning as they have some student doctors in who are studying babies in and would like to see her and give her a check over to see if she is improving (completely voluntary whether I want to go back in or not as it's not really necessary). Will give me a chance to see if her temp has gone down and discuss anything I want to with a load of doctors so I'm not complaining :)

Well CD11 today and I think I'm ready to :sex: again - haven't had it since March 3rd last year  but feeling happy that things are feeling normal again down there so it's time to jump my husband  Gosh it's going to be strange! My poor poor husband has been deprived for far too long!

Glad Zara seems to be settling down a little
&
:wohoo: Blondie... hope u enjoy ;)

I have the opposite problem, DH is depriving me... was going to treat him to something from ann summers, but I went in and walked straight out again, I just felt too frumpy to even contemplate it (daft when this year atm I would actually fit in to some of their stuff quite nicely) so on to plan B, will think it is actually F now...

hubby wont know what hit him blondie, if you catch on straight away does that mean he has to abstain for another 11 months. :haha:

well callum and i are going swimming tom, i hope he enjoys it.

Good luck blondie hope the little :spermy: hit the spot, Beth does have a point i think my DH would keel over if i said he'd have to go another 11 months with out hehehe but it's all for the greater good! Big :hugs: to zara!

Beth your brave i haven't the bottle to put on my swimming costume yet!

 to everyone else it's nice to see us all back in one place at last!

Mum2b glad your hubby liked the dollper

Well Orry is not a happy bunny today he has a high temp and is in an erratic mood at the moment he's fine one min with his smiles and giggles and then the next screaming at the top of his lungs, so have given him some calpol to see if i can reduce the temp and then if it doesn't go down by tomorrow i'll nip him to the doctors (i feel like i live there at the moment) poor thing i hate it when i don't know whats going on with him!

I'm also taking up eating as apart time hobby as well, i really can't get enought of chocolate at the moment which is no good for the diet i must say.

hey ladies, hope your all ok :hugs:

i plan on wearing the maternity tankini i bought during my pregnancy hoping it will hide the stretchmarks. and once in the water my mummy tummy will be hidden.

swimming was fab, he was very brave, we are going again wed evening with my sister.

Just though I would pop in to say hi :hi:

Congratulations to you all who have either popped, just about to, or will do within the next few months!

I am still here but tend to post over in long term TTC. Got quite depressed towards the end of last year/start of this year due to quite a few friends, family and work colleagues announcing their BFP's.

On my 18th cycle now and not even a sniff of a BFP. However things are on the up as went to the Dr's yesterday and they have agreed to refer us to a fertility specialist. So if we have to be assisted then so be it. I didn;t realise it was possible to want something so much. xx

Hi Mammawannabe :)

Sorry you haven't got that bfp yet :( Hopefully the fertility specialists will be able to help and you will see those wonderful 2 lines soon :hugs:

Hmmm well my planned :sex: didn't go as planned  - we did have :sex: and it wasn't as painful as I expected but I think my DH was too worried about hurting me to "let go" so I didn't get any :spermy:  Will have to try again now he knows that it doesn't hurt me and see if we can have any more success. How am I supposed to get pregnant again without any :spermy:

Oh and Zara has managed to make her ear bleed by constantly grabbing it - this teething is a complete nightmare - one minute she is fine the next minute screaming the house down and even calpol doesn't seem to touch it :(

hi Mammawannabe, hope the specialist is able t get you that bfp really soon.

poor zara, sounds like your in for some rough times ahead blondie.
sorry you didnt get any :spermy: better luck today, you still have time.

Well just back from doctors again as she was inconsolable and just screaming and screaming even after calpol so rang up and receptionist said to take her straight there and they would fit her in asap. Anyway the urine sample is back and it turns out she has a urinary tract infection and so we have been perscribed anti-biotics and been told to get plenty of fluids down her (water inbetween feeds) and they might refer her to paediatrics as it is quite an unusual one apparently. Been told that if she starts running a fever or vomiting then she might need to be admitted to hospital and to phone the out of hours doctor straight away  She has finally crashed out in the car seat on the way back from doctors so I'm going to have a quick cuppa before she wakes up then I'll feed her and take her out to Boots to pick up the perscriptions.

In a way I'm glad that it isn't teething which is causing her this much pain and at least we know there is a reason for it. Poor lovie must be finding it really painful :(

awe poor little girl, at least now you know what it is and can treat it, im sure a few days of antibiotics will perk her right up.

i really love my doggie millie today, she has come into season so looks like puppies in a few months, but she has timed it perfect, the puppies will go right as my wage drops to smp only so i can use the puppy money and def have the full 9 months off that i wanted. :happydance::happydance:

send some labour vibes my way please ladies!!

msmith - any sign for you yet?? x

I think we sould have kept count of the number of times Samzi has changed her ticker, am sure it is off both hands now.

Glad the Drs went well Mammawannabe... big :hugs:

Hello Girls! I have found our new home, well done Beth.:winkwink:

Sorry I haven't been on in awhile, but I am back at work and they have blocked socialo networking sites from our computers, so can't hop on during the day.

Samzi, anything happening?? You must be so excited!
MsSmith, any news?

Blondie, poor Zara, hope she feels better soon. And good luck with the ttcing!!!

Beth, sounds like callum has settled in quite nicely. Am I the only one whose baby doesn't sleep through the night yet? Harper goes down around 7 pm, usually wakes for a feed between 12 and 1 am, then sleeps until 5:30 or 6 am. I keep hoping she'll start sleeping through, but it hasn't happened yet.

Tori, Orry is soooo cute! How's it going, hun?

mum2be, isn't hearing that heartbeat the best?

:hugs: to you all, Jenny, Razcox, and mommawannabe!
