New cycle! Who's with me??

Hey ladies, I'll join in :)

This is my 3rd try for IUI...it's CD11 for me. Long road ahead! Anyone else around the same day?

@hope I'm currently cd 15 of a 35 day cycle, how long are your cycles typically?

I feel like a horrible member of this group being absent forever. Been so busy making an offer on a house and Christmas shopping and work!

Welcome new ladies!!

Cd 8 for me. So just waiting for O. We're bding every other day like we did the month we got bfp.

So today is CD 12 for me. Since CD 10, I've been taking opks once in the am (with smu) and once in the evening anywhere from 5-7pm. Last night on CD 11, I took an opk with pretty diluted urine with only maybe an hour hold and as soon as the urine passed the test line, it showed up! Super dark, plain as day! :happydance: We also :sex: yesterday as well. This morning I woke up (early, I know!) and took one with smu (2 hour hold at max) and it got significantly lighter  Not sure if that means I ovulated yesterday or if I'm ovulating today. I'm sharing my opk line progression below!! Also, note to anyone who is new to opk, TEST TWICE A DAY!! Otherwise, you might miss your surge! Had I not have tested twice yesterday, I would have never known about it... I plan on continuing to test until 7dpo and then start taking internet cheapie pregnancy tests after that. I'm wondering if my luteal phase is really long though... I had no idea I O so early! I always thought I O around CD 14.

Ladies who do opk, could you help me answer my burning question!?!? Did I O yesterday and today is 1dpo? or am I O today and tomorrow will be 1dpo? So confused!

Update - I let my opk test strip completely dry and the test line is the same as the control line.

@mrspres ...thank you. my cycles used to be between 30-45 days. Since I've started fertility medications (clomid, gonal f) it has helped bring my cycle down to 29 days. I also give myself a trigger shot (pregnyl) to bring on ovulation because I don't ovulate every month on my own. My doctor usually has me do it the night of CD15 so that I ovulate around CD17. Helps with the timed IUI. Right now I have two 8mm follicles on each side. I have some more stimming to do to get these follicles to 18mm+. I go to the doctors every 2 days for blood work and ultrasound monitoring. It's exhausting, but hopefully it will be worth it.

Steph- that makes your surge happened/ is happening last night and this morning. So you ovulate 12-72 hours after surge. Keep bding for a couple days just to make sure! I would always say I ovulated the day after the surge. But no way of knowing for sure Unless you temp lol

Hope- wow you are going threw a lot. I hope it works soon for you. And it will all be worth it in the end when you are holding your beautiful healthy baby!

Mrs.green2015 thanks dear! I'm going test again at noon, and one last time this evening and kinda see where I'm at. And depending on the results I get on those, I may just go ahead and stop testing with opk this cycle. All just depends!

Hope16 welcome to this post! It does sound like you've been through a lot up to this point. Sending lots and lots of :dust: your way!!

Steph- hopefully they go back negative and you have a clear Lh surge. Some peoples stay dark though so they don't really reccomend continuing after the surge.

Sorry this is going to be tmi but I checked my cervical position on CD 10 and it was high. Between soft and firm. And medium open. Today on CD 12, it is high, firm, and completely closed up. Not sure what that's all about. I'm still new to checking CP and CM. And I also do not temp. I didn't check CP yesterday because I didn't expect any change nor a CLEARLY pos opk!

Lol I'm still new to checking cp too so I'm not sure. All I know is it moved and open/ closed all the time.

If any of you awesome ladies do ttc on instagram, follow me and I'll follow back! Would love to keep up with you all's progress!

So this happened this afternoon! Been using opks since cd 12 (top test) and didn't expect to get anything remotely close to a positive until cd 20ish as I typically have a 33-35 day cycle (with last month being 38 days!) however, my opk this afternoon (bottom test) is pretty dang close to positive! will test again later tonight and continue testing over the next few days :happydance:

Yay mrs!!!! So excited for you. Maybe that's why you weren't catching the egg!!

Hi all u lovely ladies

AF arrived so I'm out, but I start clomid on Saturday then hopefully we will be lucky. If this doesn't work we have to do iui as well. That would be end of January. Good hopes for the new year. Any news from u ladies?

Sorry Ttc. Hopefully the clomid kicks your uterus in action for a sticky bean!

No updates from me really. Cd 10 nothin on opk yet. I'm about to go take another one but I'm just so cozy and warm in bed I don't want to get up. Lol

Ttc_monsie I'm sorry that the :witch: got you!! :( fingers crossed for you next cycle and lots of baby dust! :dust:

MrsPres0816 yay!!! I had the same thing happen to me. I ovulated way sooner than I expected this cycle. Like mrs.green2015 said, that could very well be why neither one of us were getting pregnant! We were off on all the calculations! Thankfully my DH & I :sex: twice before I ovulated!!

Update - I am officially 1dpo today ladies! I'm in my tww finally! Where is everyone at in their cycles today?

Yay Steph!! So excited for you! Hopefully you'll get a new year bfp!

I'm cd10. Just waiting to o. Cm turned watery today so I'm thinking o will be this weekend!! Yay! I have a couple more days of black cohosh but hopefully we catch the egg.
