- Take studying more seriously, & read more books
- start a blog & FB page about healthy eating, lifestyle changes & healthy cooking
- get pregnant if NTNP doesn't work by the end of the year I will start with ovulation kits & charting after new year
- meditate everyday
Losing weight is not part of next year resolutions anymore I'm happy with my weight now (finally), I lost 1 st this year, I want to lose 1 kg but but I'm not obsessed anymore. At 56.5 kgs I look & feel great maybe tone a bit & take weight exercises more seriously
- Improve my grade to an overall first for second year, and carry that on with third year.
- Get to a weight I can live with and that doesn't make me want to hide.
- Spend lots of time doing everything in the world with Rory.
- Get our business properly up and running.
- Make an impact with the homelessness prevention ideas I'm involved with.
