Newcastle upon Tyne (Gateshead) Musical Bumps meet

If anyone is interested in Yoga and singing to your bump a group called musical bumps starts tonight at the Sage in Gateshead. I have been to 12 sessions so far and I can fully say it is brilliant, it has kept me in great shape and helped my sanity, lol. They run in 6 week stints and it only costs £21 for each six weeks or you can pay for each session.

I am 40 weeks now so I shall probably only be at this the 1 session in this 6 weeks. I recommend it to anyone though. It is best to call The Sage for spaces as the group gets quite full.

I heard about this when I was pregnant, but didn't get the chance to attend before Alyssa was born. Have heard nothing but great things about the sessions! Will definitely go when expecting baby #2 if they're still running them then.
