Hi Girls

Just wanted to know, when have you got your next AF after your natural mc. and whats the best possible day to be ovelute after natural mc.

I'm curious to know the same thing. I had a natural miscarriage almost two weeks ago and am still having some light bleeding. I'm wondering how long it took for the bleeding to stop and when your next came.

I dont know if this will help since I had a DnC done but after the bleedind stopped completely it was about 6 weeks before I got AF again and have had pretty normal cycles since then

After my missed miscarriage in May, I had to have two d&cs. (long story, same pregnancy). I had retained products left in my uterus after the first d and c, had my second d&c eleven days later. I bled for approx 18 days from my miscarriage, because of the second surgery. Some women will only bleed for a week after their miscarriage.

I know that this isn't the same as a natural miscarriage, but thought I would let you know that my period arrived thirty days later. My periods are now 31 days apart, used to be 28. So, your body can certainly change after a miscarriage.

Hi ladies, Ive had 2 natural MCs, I bled for about a week with mine and AF started almost exactly 4 weeks after i started bleeding both times, ive heard some ladies say between 6-8 weeks so anywhere in that range would be considered "normal" xxx

Thanks for your responses. Yesterday afternoon I stopped bleeding (on day 13 after my natural miscarriage) but started up strong again this morning. Weird how it comes and goes...

I bled for two weeks after my natural m/c on 16 Jul...and then I started bleeding again, but this time it was bright red instead of dark red. Still alot of EWCM though (sorry if TMI). I had a follow-up U/S and even called the doctor a few days later to ask him if I should take the metergine, but he said not to bother...that it was AF! So, you can get it as early as 3 weeks after a m/c, keeping in mind I used to have 26-day cycles.

I am so sorry for your loss, but trust me...it will get better.

Hi jerseyshoregirl. I'm feeling a lot better this week than I was last week. It helps that we're gearing up to go back to school in a week, so being a teacher, I've got tons of work to do to keep me preoccupied. My husband and I are ready to start trying again, but we have to wait for the bleeding to stop first. Hopefully it stops soon. I'm worried about what will happen when we get pregnant again, but there's no way to know unless we try it. Thanks for your response and encouragement.

I recently had my 2nd m/c started heavy bleeding 17th July lasted approx 10 days and I am waiting for her to arrive now i think if i was to count that as CD1 i am now on CD 39

BUT me and DH have decided to try straight away

Sorry to hear about your loss, boobaby. Is it that you start counting cycle days from the day that you started bleeding due to the miscarriage? I didn't realize that.

I had 2 mc in a row this year, so we decided to wait for atleast 2-3 month....as I am very very scared and don't really wanna to go again through this
But we had sex last week as I thought that its now safe pd and nothing will heppen..............so now I am curious...what will happen

To be honest I am not sure if that is the right way some peeps say to count from first day of full bleeding and others are not sure I am just using it as a guide really. They say if its a natural m/c you should expect to have your next between 4-6 weeks .....

Unfortunately it is just a waiting game after a m/c. How long were your cycles before? m/c can mess up your cycles so you maybe ok?

My had 31 days cycle before mc.......I also wonder how ovulation works after mc

I go off EWCM really! although after this m/c I seemed to have it from CD15 right up until CD 27 so confusing, sorry I am not being much help..... I think everyone is different, if hasnt arrived say in another 7 days you could go to the DR's and they could run some bloods on you...I hope everything works out for you....

So sorry to hear of your loss.
I had a mc in May and mc naturally. I bled for about a week. I didn't ovulate until four weeks after i first started bleeding (well i think i did, EWCM at the time), and then first AF 2 weeks later which was 6 weeks after bleeding started. My next cycle was bang on though Ovulated on CD14 and got pregnant that month.
