ooh, i never thought of this. a christmas announcement! how exciting! Is anyone doing anything different this cycle? Im doing nothing this month, just NTNP, with no peeing on sticks of any variety, and hopefully no stress, worth a try and if it doesnt work, ill go back to the old obsessive route! xxx

I was thinking of BOTH charting and OPKs, but I'm worried that doing too much is stressing me out, and the stress is getting in the way of getting pregnant.

I am following the SMTEP, which I did last month, but last month I went without the charting. I'm thinking of doing both OPKs and charting.

aww, sorry, its so disappointing when AF comes isnt it. i havent tried charting yet since i read u have to take the temps first thing after waking up. i cant function until ive had a cup of coffee, so i doubt id remember to do it every day! fingers crossed it works though. Good luck with the SA. Fingers crossed october is a lucky lucky month xxxxxxxxxx

is anyone doing anything extra to help with ttc this cycle? i took soy isoflavones cd3-cd7, taking baby aspirin, flogard(precription strenght folic acid w/ b6 and b12), and maybe royal jelly....also charting and using opks. wow writing it all looks like a whole lot!!! geezzzzz!!

haha, anythings worth a try! Im relaxing this month cos i got WAY too stressed last month. Just taking folic acid and thats it. Where do you get baby asprin from and how does it help?

i got mine from walgreens(its like a pharmacy store) and its 81 mg, its suppose to help with blood clotting issues. i just had my second mc and my dr said that i should start taking it. because its such a low dose you can take it everyday.
