Order of Operation?

I recently came off depo and am looking to jump start my cycle...

I have ordered Vitex and am waiting for it to come in, I am thinking about asking my doctor about Clomid as well if the Vitex doesnt work... or should I do it the other way around?

Not sure what order I should be doing things in... any suggestions?

Your doctor will want to know if you're ovulating before prescribing Clomid. I wouldn't take anything to start with until you see what your cycles are doing. It can take up to a year for cycles to regulate after stopping birth control.

Do the Vitex, just be aware it can take a few months for the effects to show. Temp for a few cycles to make sure you are ovulating. A doctor probably won't give any script unless you can show you aren't ovulating.

Ok thanks just hoping I can get my AF back in the next 4 months... really hoping to get a bfp before xmas... so hopefully it works
