I'd forgotton exactly how much discomfort i was in this time last yr with SPD and Sitatica, And its now not discomfort ... tis PAIN and lots of!!!

My back is killing me .... from the middle right the way down to my toes is pure agony, im in tears its sooo painful, worst of it is i've got clicky hips too

The pins and needles in with the pain are just about gonna push me over the edge, i can't sit properly, and i can't bend or lift ... worrying what im gonna do tomorrow with maddie,

Sorry bout the moan im just in alot of pain and fed up, why can things never be simple!
