I am 5+1 today and went for a walk with my neighbor. We brought strollers with us (I was pushing my 10 month old). It's a nice day out, 80 degrees farenheit, but in the sun it's much warmer. We did several laps around the block with one steep uphill climb (all paved roads). I was definitely sweating, especially after the uphill climbs. It didn't occur to me until after I got home that you're not supposed to overheat when in early pregnancy (no saunas, etc). Is this something that I should worry about?

So many things to worry about when you're pregnant...

Nope. There are folks out there who go running through pregnancy, and my doctor loves for us to perform high intensity exercises in first Tri while we still can. I sure do, just stay hydrated, and it will keep you safe and cool on the inside.
