Pain down below

Hiya not sure where to post this but I'm in need of some help.
My lmp was 14/12/13 and first cycle on metformin, I'm not sure when i ovulated but I'm on cd 22 and today I've felt really bloated and have sharp pain deep down below more to the left.

Has anyone else experienced this before?

The only pain down there I've had was yesterday, which I think was 11 DPO? It felt like sharp pinching way way down like... Deep near my cervix maybe a little bit higher...

And other than that every now and then I get a dull AF like cramp. But it's quite dull.
