Painful crampy pain - right side of tummy

Last night i woke up to a painful cramp on my right side of my tummy, really strange and i couldnt get comfortable for a while!
Silly question but has anyone had similar?? and if so what is it exactly!

I've had a couple of stitch-like pains - I think it's just baby putting on a growth spurt as my stretch marks seem to have multiplied too

Could it be indigestion? I find that on the occasions I do get it it feels so different now there is a huge uterus in the way. I do sometimes get all sorts of funny twinges and I'm not sure they are all uterus related.

I think it sounds similar to what I've had and the midwife told me it's just down to the ligaments being stretched and pulled. xx
