Panorama - What's Really in Our Kids' Food?

Sorry having a bit of a session! Having followed Lisa's link i looked for the recommended daily allowances for babies and toddlers but could only find info for older children.

Has anyone already found the figures for babies? Sorry if this is already in this post or if i am just being stupid.

I just finished watching it on BBC iPlayer and now my head is just

I've always thought I've done really well with Seren, but now I just don't know.
That programme raised alot of issues and questions, but then didn't really give away much in terms of solutions.
I dunno, I just feel even more anxious than before over what I'm giving Seren!

1g salt (0.4g sodium) up to 12 months
2g salt (0.8g sodium) from 1 to 3 years
