Pasta question

Can you eat pasta with alfredo sauce? Or should that be advioded? What kind of pastas can we exactly eat?

I have eaten lots of pasta with alfredo sauce... I think its fine... Well I hope it is now at least never was told it wasnt. I love pasta I dont know what I would do if i couldnt have it!

I was never told I couldn't eat Alfredo sauce, can't see why it would be a problem; it's cooked!

i didnt think there was any type of pasta that you couldnt have... as long as it has nothing raw in, on, or around it when you eat it! i love pasta! bring on the carbs baby!

I’ve eaten loads of pasta of all kinds – yummy!! I think that it’s ok as long as the pasta and sauce is cooked…or I hope it is, lol
