AF cramps is a good sign! I have had it with all 4 pregnancies.. including the one that lead to my son.. I actually didnt test with him because I cramps so much like AF that I was SURE it was comming. So excited for you

So I did anything IC this morning which freaked me out because there was no line. I decided to try a frer anyway and I got 2 LINES! once I looked back at the IC I could see another very faint line but the frer is way darker in person!!!

After dried cheap tests look the same today's n yesterday's, I didn't do a frer yesterday so can't compare. Is that okey ? They dried to be same? Today's was darker when fresh.

Can anyone advise me a bit? I've had bright red spotting for 5 days now that stops and starts and quite bad cramping. I had tons of EWCM today so I thought I was gearing up to ov but now it's dried up a bit. Is this normal? Not sure if it's a follicle bursting or something? X

I never had mid cycle bleeding but I wouldn't worry too much. I had ewcm first week of the cycle but nothing during ovulation. I could tell that I'm ovulating from temping and opks. Let me see ur chart, u are using opks too right?
Did u take anything this cycle or going all natural?

As for me I had the strongest positive opk I've had in a long time and loads of pain and tenderness around my ovaries, hoping the 100mg clomid has some tbe trick and I've released some super eggs!

For me this current cycle was SUPER weird. I had brown spotting basically from AF till CD18 when I got lots of EWCM but it was all mixed with red blood. I kinda thought I possibly had a chemical pregnancy the cycle before and maybe my body was getting back on track? Whatever it was happening after a few days the EWCM and the spotting finally stopped and I didn't ovulated till CD27. Sorry I can't help with whats going on but don't lose hope because I had the same thing this cycle and I've ended up with a BFP!

Haven't temped yet today as just coming off night shift. Hoping I'll sleep for 4hrs in one stint.

I use OPKs but I haven't got any at OH's house (where I am) so will check later.

Only thing I am taking is multivitamins. Going for black cohosh if cycle isn't shorter than last one x

I think I posted a few pages back, but I received a letter from the hospital saying that gynecology have received my referral. DH has to do a SA and I have to do two cycles of CD 21 progesterone test. They want me to ring after my first cycle CD21 test (next Monday) and make an appointment hopefully for July or August.

My GP has already put me on Metformin and I'm struggling to get past 500mg a day. My charts show I'm ovulating and my CD21 test a few cycles ago was a little low but did show I ovulated. I have a 35ish day cycle so I'm suspecting if I took the test a few days later it'd confirm ovulation.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone can share what might happen at my first appointment? I'm guessing DH should come along (if he's here) and that they might want to look at my charts and do an ultrasound. But apart from that I'm not sure what be the next steps. I'm not counting on Clomid because I ovulate naturally and it's not cheap and I'm going through the public healthcare system here.

Anyone help with what might be in store? Thanks.

Look at that! Temp highest ever today - although I have only slept for 3.5hrs after doing night shift. Cm is drier still. Could this be my thermal shift?!

Black Cohosh is a herb that is meant to help lower certain hormones. Vitex raises LH and Black cohosh reduces it apparently. My LH was elevated so it can inhibit ovulation.

I would take DH if you can. Even if it just helps for his perspective. They will probably do bloods, ultrasound, take history, height/weight and suggest a plan from there (e.g increase metformin, start clomid etc). It's different for everyone x

I honestly cant tell when u will ovulate, lets see couple more temps but due to ur irregular shifts ur charts is pretty rocky. Did u get ovulation pain yet?

I know I have to see 3 more high temps I was being rhetorical I had pretty bad pains the last few days yeah. It has settled down now. Spotting seems to have stopped too.
