PCOS Buddies (10 BFP)

We're eventually wanting to build, so DH is working on a floor plan and I'm on pinterest... we'll end up going with a plan I like with a few modifications (pretty sure ;) )

I've only thought of twins mainly cause His family brought up that this is the generation for the twin to show up -- although i've looked into it and it doesn't work that way, especially with my only knowledge is a random occurrence from my cousin. I only humored the idea since they brought it up, whether i have twins or not, I'll be happy with whatever i end up with!

I did learn that taking any kind of fertility supplement does increase the chances since you are stimulating the ovaries to produce follicles, there's always a chance....So until then I'll keep humoring the idea.
My mom says I couldn't handle it --- but she also calls me impatient (when i'm actually intolerable of the situation)

I think it would be awesome to have twins. Whether I can really handle them idk ... i'm just fascinated by the idea of how they develop.
Plus they would have an instant friend and sibling -- something I've always wanted. I'm the only girl, and my brother is 6 years older than me, so we never got to be close.

I have an extensive history of twins. My grandpa was a Twin and he had 6 sets of twin siblings (so 7 sets all together!!) my mom also had twins. So for me its a very real fear. Add that I am doing fertility meds and that is even more reason to worry.

Dear lord! That's a whole lot of babies! I'd have stopped after the second set haha

Yea, I believe in all there were 7 sets of twins and 6 singles. There were so many kids!! His mom died when he was pretty young. :dohh: I couldn't imagine the physical stress and then the emotional stress of all those babies and pregnancies. And it was back in the 30s-50s.

So. Many. Babies.

Cramping? or lower pains maybe? urgh ... and had lotion-like / tacky CM this afternoon.
Kinda odd for after "period" right? (well it's been 3 days)
Got to BD last night but I had a 'catch' in my side so it didn't last long :/ Stupid muscles ruining a moment!!! But I guess we'll be attempting to DTD as much as possible until I have my blood test around the 24th.

My cm is usually what I call sticky/tacky after AF. Then gets cloudy which is kind of lotiony and watery. I don't get creamy until after I ovulate then it's dry a couple days and then gets lotiony. My cm doesn't act like it should. I never get ewcm, my pre-o is lotiony and not dry until AF. When we did my inseminations for dd I had no cm whatsoever. Dry as a bone. And yet here she is. So all depends.

I usually have creamy cm right after af and o. I have the cloudy cm Kylas described a few days and then several days of ewcm. Last cycle I had over a week of it so it is not very helpful and pinpointing o for me. I try to gage by how much I have as to when O might show.

I was just thinking of a lot of articles saying that after your period you don't get hardly anything. But once again everyone is different ...

(In the past) I know that some days i have more than others. Where if i use the bathroom my liner is caked in it, and later again it's once more almost the same amount.
Does the amount matter? or Just the type?

I honestly never paid that much attention to CM before, some days I found it annoying. I started wearing liners forever ago, I can't go without them.

I found a nice pinterest pin that has a nice illustration of the importance of all that stuff. It was awesome stuff to know (let me see if I can find it if you all want I can post it here)

My first positive opk!! Pretty stoked. I started testing 11 days ago. As you can see they're pretty much all the same. Except the last which was nearly positive. I wasn't expecting it. I did the test them left it there and didn't check it till morning. Saw it was nearly positive so took another this am. Was super surprised as I've never gotten a positive opk! I was expecting ovulation a few days ago, but I really need to get back on my diet and cut out carbs and dairy again. And start exercising again. I think that all messed my cycle up. But pretty excited. Still not trying for a couple months, but I've never seen one positive before haha

Will take another tonight and if it's no longer positive ovulation is probably today sometime.

Congrats Kylas!!!

I need to start taking my opk too...should be around that time now.

Thats awesome Kylas!!

I still haven't had a positive opk and I leave for my trip tomorrow. So if we manage to get any bding in tonight I would have to O by Thursday/Friday to even stand a chance. And given I have no fertile cm I doubt that is going to happen. I am so disappointed the femara did not work.

I'm waiting to see if I end up with any fertile CM. I felt wet yesterday, but had lotion like CM ... :/ which means nothing...

Weird tummy pain, which i've been linking to gas, so I don't know how to track it in my apps. It's not low enough to be considered "pelvic", and too high be to anything related to cycle. It's a long stretched discomfort pain on the side of my belly, half way between my side and belly button, give or take the hour/day it's on either side...

I'm going stir crazy girls .... Just aaaaahhhhh!!!! :hissy:
I was so confident about getting this job, now i'm banging my head against the wall thinking about all the things that went wrong.....This wait is KILLING ME!!!! :sad2:

Whelp ... no job for me ...
I gotta get out of this place before it crumbles to the ground! But I can't get any experience either, which is what happened --- i just didn't have enough experience working in the area they needed.
Grrrrr How do you get experience where you can't grow, or get experience?!
#deadendjobssucks...
