Any recommendations?

I'm after a small set of about 5 nozzles and some half decent piping bags.

Can you reuse bags?

You can get reusable bags but i prefer disposable ones.I use morrisons ones x

Thanks, does it really matter if I get plastic or metal?

I find metal gives a sharper swirl etc than plastic. Also have a look for the Wilton piping set (think they have it in Lakeland) and that comes with the awesome 1M nozzle
I used to use disposable bags but I have a trusty reusable one that I always use now (I'll cry if/when it breaks).

I personally find metal nozzles best, if you have a TK Maxx near you they have some pretty decent sets in at the moment, including the Wilton cupcake decorating kit with the coveted 1M nozzle in it and some disposable piping bags for about £8.99. I picked up an unbranded piping set from there with a good bag, about 6 nozzles, flower nail, coupler and nozzle brush for £5.99 that came in its own case which I have found invaluable also.

Bags are quite a personal issue - I like both, and will quite happily use either.
