Plastic surgery

I voted no. I'm surprised so many voted yes! I don't want anything at the mo, even though I am overweight and probably would benefit from a tummy tuck! I don't think I would want the pain of recovery. It's the pain and the worry of things like infection etc that worry me.
If I had to have a mastectomy I would get boobs though, so yes in that circumstance.

I definitely would want some doing, but I can live without it happily. In my dissertation it's been evident plastic surgery is getting extremely popular, I didn't really believe the figures I wrote down, over the last 10 years, figures for men and women having cosmetic procedures have more than quadrupled! But it's also more available now so more people consider it. I really enjoyed researching it :)

God yes! I'd probably go crazy and get a face and body remodel. What I'd really love done is scar removal, lipo on my face and neck, a tummy tuck, and my teeth fixing. If it was pain free I'd get a nose job touch up but not about to go through that hell again.

I wouldn't, even though there are things I'm not happy with! just hate the idea of changing my body through surgery  my mum just had a mastectomy and reconstruction on thursday and I would not voluntarily go through the pain she just has.

I would rather just accept who I am and eventually learn to love all the bits I don't like :)

I'd have a boob job (not obvious, and not very large, just fuller) if there wasn't so much negativity around it. When people see fake boobs they make all kinds of horrible assumptions about you, that your tacky or slutty :nope: I guess because they think of porn stars? but no one in my country really gets them, if I lived in California or LA or something i'm sure it would be more accepted.I'm not prepared to spend my whole life defending myself from judgment!

However.... after I have kids.... Lypo for my stomach  it's the only place on my body that I gain fat, so it looks out of proportion

Boob Reduction :holly:...these L cups are killing me!!! NHS wont do anything except tell me to lose weight which i do but boobs still remain the same! :nope:

What comes out of you, be generous and donate to me!! My B cups would love an enhancement.

But, yes, yes, YES! Boobs enlarging, rhinoplasty - get rid of the bump and the bobble on the end, my jaw bringing forward and a bit of lipo on my thighs and double chin

I voted no. Don't get me wrong, I could write a long list of things that need improving, but I wouldn't have cosmetic surgery. I really really want my daughters to grow up with good self esteem and to know that beauty is subjective. I don't know how I would teach them that if I knew I had had work done.

If I was disfigured after an accident or illness and had difficulty in relating to people then I would definitely consider cosmetic surgery, but not just for self improvement.

I am happy to give donations!

Yes I would but not on the NHS, perhaps if a millionaire benefactor offered aha.

I'd definitely have a nose job, namely to reshape the tip - possibly something to give me more defined cheekbones too (but not fillers). I don't think I'd get anything done to my body - possibly a boob lift.

I would've said no a year ago but I've had a few niggles recently about my boobs. So I voted yes - I'd get a boob uplift

If you had asked me a few months ago, I would have said absolutely yes. My boobs are small and saggy after breastfeeding. I'd love small implants and a lift.

But then I saw this documentary on HBO called "Plastic Disasters". This one women got some bad liposuction and somehow they pierced her internally and she got blood poisining and had to have her LEGS AMPUTATED! Scared the shit out of me.

Yikes! That is scary. I did vote yes, but am reconsidering now! If I was to have any done, only by an absolutely top surgeon, not NHS. I'd have lipo on the bum and thighs and an eye lift. Veneers too. Wouldn't go anywhere near a facelift. Have you seen some of those scary pillow face celebs? Sharon Osborne has totally messed up her face. Not a single wrinkle and she is in her 60's. Also Sarah Brightman on The One Show the other night. Definitely had lots of work done on her face. I would rather have a few wrinkles than look like that.

I would have a boob job. I've got small saggy lifeless boobs after 2 children :(

And is love to get the fat off my hips sucked out. Is doesn't matter how much weight I lose I still always have massive love handles!

Yes... yes I would!
Not on my face though....
I'd want a breast lift, some lipo and would probably need some of the extra skin removed afterwards.

A few lol boob reduction a tummy tuck and lipo suction. Ive been trying to lose weight for a year and i just cant get rid of my baby fat. I cry at night cus i hate myself. I go gym 3 times a week and i just dont seem to be losing it.

Oh god I'd want loads. Me and my best friend actually have a pact that if either of us ever win the lottery, we'll pay for the others plastic surgery :haha:

So I'd have;

A nose job to make it narrower.
Lip filler in my top lip.
Teeth whitening.
Laser eye surgery.
Boob uplift.
Tummy tuck.
Lipo to various parts of my body.
Scar removal.
Chemical face peel.

That's probably it lol.

ETA: Dunno if it counts but I'd also get my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed on.

God yes. In fact, after I've had my next child I'll be having a tummy tuck! My OH has already agreed to fork out the cash for it because of how unhappy I am about it since my LO :haha: I keep looking for nurses jobs in the private sector in plastic surgery lol, pretty sure you get a decent percentage off any work you get done :winkwink:

I would love boob implants haha, my small b cups are really out of proportion to my bigger bottom half of my body. I'd also like lipo on my legs to make them look leaner. Both of these are genetic things that no diet or exercise will ever fix. I've started to learn to accept me how I am though - part of me wishes if I had the offer I would still be able to say no. If Isla ends up with the same body shape as me I want her to embrace her figure and not be like me and be embarrassed about it.

I would do 2) My teeth .. which is under the process right now i want these things absolute perfect straight and WHITE pearl white... its costing me 7,000 right now :s... Thats not counting the dentist work thats just the ortho but dentist my insurance covers 100% I got half my mouth done today .. my mouth hurts got some wisdom teeth out and some fillings I have been lucky all my life my teeth havent bugged me but they've never been that straight... I'm really looking forward to it.. today ive been in alot of pain OH took the day/night off work to help me out with Jordyn so i could snuggle on the couch and sip liquids all day augh!!... Like he said its soo going to be worth it.. its going to literally change my whole face and what i look like apparently to my ortho which is awesomee he is like your beautiful but you'll see in even 6 months! you'll be stunning woo!!

after i get the 7,000 paid off which is in 2 years OH agreed I could get my breast implants im an A cup right now so im like flat chested ALMOST... i'd love just a tiny bit of boob even.. I've wanted this my whole life!!

I'm a work in progress at the moment lol
