Please! Help me pick my stroller/car seat!

I decided on what stroller I wanted months ago. I needed something that was lightweight (I live in the city and have stairs) but had big wheels (there are a ton of hills where we live). I loved this stroller https://www.babyjogger.com/city_mini_lp.aspx immediately when I saw that it folds with ONE HAND. So I can carry it up the stairs in one hand and my baby/car seat in the other hand. I watched my neighbor struggling with her heavier system. She would have to bring up the baby and then come back down the stairs (leaving the baby alone) to get the stroller. Anyway, I digress.

The good news is I can use this stroller with an infant car seat (buying an extra accessory bar) the bad news is this has complicated my decision making on which car seat to buy and which color stroller to buy. There is no perfect match but I wouldn't mind if they sort of coordinated.

I am deciding between the green/gray and crimson/gray. I have seen both in person and each time I see one I think I like that color better. I think I slightly prefer the green though. The problem is I thought I wanted the graco car seat and they don't have any with a green color combo.

Option #1:Graco Snug ride Platinum https://www.rightstart.com/graco-snugride-infant-car-seat-platinum.html with the Red/Gray Stroller: it holds up the 22lbs but only weighs 7.5 lbs.

Option #2: Graco (platinum) snug ride with Green/Gray Stroller

Option #3: Graco Snug Ride 30 (Lotus) (same price but no boot included) with the Red/Gray Stroller https://www.rightstart.com/graco-snugride-30-infant-carseat-lotus.html. I get a little more bang for my buck as this one holds up to 30lbs and weighs the same as the last car seat.

Option #4: Chicco30 (Adventure) https://www.chiccousa.com/gear/car-seats/keyfit-30-adventure.aspx with the green/gray stroller. The upsides to this car seat is it's rated well in safety and protects from side impact crashes (the graco doesn't) and I saw it in person with the stroller and it matched well. It also holds a child up to 30lbs. The downside is that it's a couple lbs heavier than the other 2 car seats and it is more expensive.

I REALLY appreciate you opinions/help. I've become a bit obsessive on the topic and of course my Dh is no help at all

Option 4 for me. It might weigh a bit more but the dealbreaker for me would be the safety rating. You buy a car seat to keep a baby safe in the car. If this one has been designed to do it's job well at the cost of a couple of extra lbs, then so be it. Child's safety first, ease of carrying for the mother second.

Thanks! I hear what you are saying. Both seats are top rated in safety. Graco is more popular here in the states.

I voted for number 4 because of the safety rating and because you said yourself you like the green best. Personally though I would probably go with option 3 or get the chicco in red. That's just because I love red though
