Hi Everyone, I have a few questions. I have gone through two miscarriages, one at 4 wks and 2 days & my second one at 6 weeks. My doctor has only done simple blood tests on me such as glucose & thyroid which both came up normal. I was advised to wait 2-3 cycles after my second loss due to possible scarring in my uterus (even though i naturally miscarried.) I am currently ttc this month as we have waited 4 months after the last miscarriage. Extremely nervous :/ So I guess what I'm asking is two questions

1.) Has anyone had two unexplained miscarriages, both unseen on an ultrasound and went then next time ttc they went on to carry full term?

2.) I work for Allina Hospice where I do some lifting/bending etc..do any of you know if this may have anything to do with miscarrying or at least an increased risk of one?

Thanks so much please let me know :)

Just wanted to say that after my first two m/c's I went on to carry a beautiful baby girl. I have since had two more m/c's and am hoping once again third time is the charm, I have never had testing and am not sure if my doctor will do testing now or not...but excuse the rambling here, it can happen!!

Thank you so much for responding and giving me hope I am slowly learning how to be positive & I have heard third time is a charm. I'm sorry for your losses, it feels good to know I'm not alone on this topic and I'm not the only one out there. How long did you wait from your second miscarriage to start trying again?

Hey hun sorry to hear about your losses :hugs:
I've had 3 miscarriages. One at 9 weeks, one at 4 weeks and another at 5.
I have had no testing as my doctors only know about my 1st miscarriage.
If I get a bfp this cycle of NTNP, I am going straight to the doctors and demanding blood tests done because I don't want to go through another miscarriage if it's something as simple as low progesterone levels!
Hope everything works out ok hunny, can't really offer much other advice except, unfortunately, everything happens for a reason and our time will come when it's right :flower: x x
