Popping in vagina?!?!

Ok so nearly every time I go to pee I get this POP sensation. As if something was inside my vagina and it popped. It doesn’t hurt. It doesn’t happen when I sit down but when I start to pee. Any ideas ?

I only ever had one POP during my pregnancy.
And 30 secs later my water broke!

Maybe its the amniotic sac? I'm not sure because when we urinate it pushes the pelvic floor, maybe it's lowering it? or.. I know you said you were 50% effaced..

That’s what I was thinking. Maybe it’s shifting or something.
