positive opk 5dpo

Can anybody explain this!!....a positive opk 16th.....and positive again today!!

*Now please may I point out,,,,we are not trying,,,,my cycles have been very odd these past few months...one month 27,,,2nd month 46 etc...! Anyway...we had on the 13th and 16th,.,,,I take a opk every month so I now how my cycles are! I took a opk on 16th at night and was very pos!*

Now does this mean that I have ovulated now or then?? If im ovulating today.,..we wont be bedding but OH was horny tonight and I just wanted some advice. Also...If it is right that I ovulate tonight,,,when do you test?? Because im either 5dpo today or 1dpo tomorrow??

You got two positives 5 days apart? Hmm.... I have no idea why. Have you been checking for EWCM & checking your cervical position?

you could be ovulating teice hun? or you can get a poson an opk if you are preg but not so soon i dont think. if you are trying i would bd hun xx

Did you get 5 positive OPKs in a row? If that's the case, you'd look for the darkest line. Sometimes those OPKs will pick up the LH as it's building in your system. Most people see the line get darker over time & then lighter.

No it was pos on day of ovulation, then neg up until 4dpo....pos on 5dpo and pos again today! hmmmm

It could be one of two things.
1) you could have ov twice, some ladies do
2) its a faulty test. How it could be faulty I don't know but its a possibilty. Some Preg tests send false positives so why not opks.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you bd durning that time and would like a bubs then there is hope.
Maybe test with an opk again in a few days to track what is going on. If concerened call a GP.

If you don't get your BFP this month, try it next month. If it does the same thing, I would go see your doctor.
