positive opk @ 8dpo...HELP!!!

doing good just got back from taking DD to the dentist and DH was trying be sneaky and went to the store guess what he came back with opks lmao

Wow I wish my DH was that into TTC! Of course I've never been regular and only O'd twice lately, so OPKs are a bit of a torture device... Yet I use them everyday. It's like temping... Didn't use to do it, but now that I do, I'm hooked. I about panicked when DH said we're going to try to leave earlier in the morning tomorrow vs tonight because I may not get to temp at my normal time lol.

MzSwizz, I hope you get a super-good rise tomorrow. Your temp dipped way down so maybe it will take a few days to recover. Yes my bleeding is doing the crazy on-off, light-heavy things that make me so very nervous because it always has a bad outcome before. I'm just going to keep on keeping on and see what happens. I'm hoping to take my paperwork to the office instead of mailing it so I can see when I can get in for an appt with the OBGYN... then maybe if I can't get in for a while, I'll call the OBGYN and see if they'll prescribe me Provera (and maybe Clomid if they'll do it) if the bleeding hasn't stopped by then since I'll at least have the Pap scheduled.

My bleeding was fairly heavy for a little while but then eased up again. I guess as long as I don't have to wear diapers all weekend I won't be miserable. Oh and today was my last day of Soy, so we'll see what happens.

L.E.- I hope i get a rise tomorrow too. I was thinking the same thing that since i got such a massive dip, its going to take some time for my body to rise in temp. Hopefully tomorrow i see a difference though. Cant believe i will be 3dpo tomorrow already And dont you just love our men...they look at us crazy when we ttc but they have their ways to ttc right along with us

Up and at 'em to get ready for the trip... I stalked your charts, Fngrs and MzSwizz, and wow... I think all of our temps are not what I was expecting to see. Mine was higher than I expected (though still within normal for me), I has hoping to see MzSwizz's go really high, and Fngrs' temp took a huge nose-dive. Well, hopefully I'll get to check this later or tomorrow.

soooo i was on FF and decided to change the settings on the fertility analyzer to just the opk/ov watch detector because i dont really check my cm often and i dont really put any specific signs or symptoms so i just base it off of temps and opk. And well lo and behold with that setting, it changed my chart and it has me at 1dpo and have the vertical line stating that ov day was cd15 but it just didnt do a CL yet so yayyyyy

when you set it to OPK/OV watch it is not going to set a cover line. It is just going to base ovulation off of your opk results.

Fngrs, I see that the evil witch got you... Sorry ... but hey now I have an AF buddy but you'll probably stop bleeding before I do! Did you know that you've ovulated 4 times since I did? Well one of the time was only about 2 weeks after I O'd in Jan, but still. Sigh... Sorry. I'm having a bit of a pity party again today.

L.E. I hadn't thought about how many times I have ovulated already. But you are telling the truth it's been that many times already. You are going to ovulate though, even if that means that mean I have to have a good firm talk with your ovaries! So yes we are AF buddies and we are going to be ovulation buddies in a minute. AF is up to her old tricks again, I think she needs to re-read that letter you wrote to her. Well at least spotty is in his kennel!!!! So maybe she got that part...

AFM, well im 3dpo today and dont know what to make of my temps Im not going to stress about it though. Whatever happens happens. Unfortunately, im at work today but the good thing is i leave early so yay. Im thinking about going to my SIL's house with DH to help my nephew study for the ASVAB. DH is off work today and we started this morning with dtd It's been awhile so we had some catching up to do Hoping that soon the Navy will call about the physical so we can get the ball rolling. So let's see what today brings. So looking at my chart, what do you ladies think?

AFM, im on cd20 today and my temp rose from 97.23 to 97.73. Yesterday, DH and I went swimming and I must say...i have a lot of practicing to do. Hoping I can get better before we are sent to boot camp. Also, dh and i have been working out so we are preparing ourselves. The only thing holding me back right now is swimming and that fear is pushing me. I have to build my endurance because I cant even swim from 6ft to 3ft. I always make it BARELY to 4'6. Sucks but i have to get better especially since we have to swim in an olympic pool We also visited our family in Miami and broke the news that we are joining the Navy to our nieces who were sad because they will miss us but we made sure to tell them we are going to keep in contact when we can. My body is sore from swimming so i got to work later on to make my muscles feel better and get use to it. Yesterday, i told dh that my temps are very low and im thinking cd14 pos opk was a dud and i think i havent o'd yet. So i told him since i have 4 opks left im going to continue to test with them and see what happens. If i havent o'd yet, then thats going to put me at an AF due dute of either june 12th or june 13th. So dh agreed that I should continue testing just in case. Soooo in the meantime, we spent our free time at the house dtd yesterday So this morning, I woke up and took my temp which gave me a reading of 97.73 which shocked me seeing that it went up by .5 degrees and then i tested with an opk and this is what i got


A POSITIVE!! SO MY INSTINCT WAS RIGHT!!!

wow your LO is growing up. My niece is teething now also. And im happy that i tested when i did so now i know. Instead of wondering what if. So we are still in with a chance because if the test is negative tomorrow then that means im o'ing. Now got to pounce on dh today

lol yes that what usually happens. My niece is 5 months old now and she was very advanced since she was a couple months old. My niece is the only out of the 3 kids that she had, that NEVER needed a pacifier. I mean she hates them. You try and put it in her mouth and she will take it out She is really advanced.

mine love her she only got it because at 3 days old she start sucking on her thumb and i wasnt having that my sister is 30 years old and still sucks her thumb i didnt want my baby doing that my oldest did it i got her to stop doing it at 10 months old she would never take the pacifier

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!! I have recovered from the party and am out of bed! lol The party was too fun she had a blast. Her actual birthday is tomorrow (taking her and couple friends skating tomorrow night) but the party is outta the way! I will post a couple of pics in this post as an edit.

Yesterday I could barely move! my everything was hurting so I spent the day in bed with DH (missed church too) Got a free back and foot rub. my feet and knees were killing me from the 2 days of standing. the cake baking and decorating (up and down the ladder). So I took the day off yesterday.

I had a 3 day period!! How wonderful is that?!?!?!

MsSwizz When I looked at your temps the other day, I said to myself, she didn't ovulate yet. I think you ovulated yesterday or it may be tomorrow. I am so glad that you has some opk's left so that you could catch it. And L.E. was missing yesterday because she is out of town this weekend, I think she is gone now. So she may be on tomorrow.


Oh yea made the cake myself!!! First time doing a cake like that. I am suppose to be taking some classes (Wilton) with my SIL this summer. But Dh was impressed, given it was my first attempt. DD was ecstatic too. Matter if fact everyone in my family did the old jaw drop after seeing it, Grandmother says "you are just a ball of talent". lol The last pic is of the cake on the inside it's rainbow cake. yay! colorful and girly! Annnnd I made her tutu also. i love having a daughter!

Stacey I hope your girls, start feeling better soon. I hate when my children have a fever. I can handle anything else well besides, fever and excessive vomiting. Those two things make me nervous. A fever can go either way and excessive vomiting can lead to dehydration. So I really hope their fever breaks soon. My little cousin is 2 and she had a fever the other day when I went over to see her mom. I gave her a hug and my face touched hers and I asked out loud, "does she have a fever?" Other than that I don't think they would have known for some time that she was even sick. She was still herself, running around and laughing as she usually does.

your girl is beautiful and the cake looks yummy the girls are a lot better we got the fevers to break yesterday we did end up taking them to the ER my niece was acting fine but it got up to 102 and my oldest was just not her self didnt play or eat was just laying in bed and hers went up to 102.8 she has never had a fever that high now they are but to normal and driving me crazy and i have my nephew here on top of no school yay fun my niece lives we us full
