I just washed my newborn stash to get ready for new little girlie due at the end of June Very exciting! Especially since kiddo has been refusing cloth for a few months now Time to potty train, I think, to stop using yucky disposables.

I've had Emma in full time cloth since birth. As a newborn she was in Real Nappies (prefolds and covers) mainly, and I had a few Close pop/in that were newborn size. Also a few size one thirsties duo wraps that she still wears now.

This is a pop-in, not sure if I like it or not. I only bought 4 to try them out. One is in the wash and it's purple. And pictured are some of our nappy covers after washing day . And yes, there is a giant Emma poo stain on my bed!

Off topic, and I don't even know if you'll see this Minties! But, OMG! You had another little girl!? She's absolutely precious Congratulations (even if it's been quite a few months since you had her! haha)!

I'm only stalking in here because we're waiting to try for #3 soon. I've already dug out all of our cloth diapers from storage and even started buying new ones, and we're not even trying yet! So I just came in here to admire all the cloth bums and saw your post and was like, "Who's Emma??" Lol!

Ooh I want to join in with Alexander in his Sew Baby customs I had specially made!! Coming back into Spring so the re-usables will be coming back out! HATE disposables. They stink out the bin!! We've been using disposables in Winter because his Sew Baby inserts take so long to dry! So he was just a little guy when these were taken.

Lol. Thank you. I originally just wanted plain nappies as I planned to sell them on after I'd finished with them but the lady who makes them said I would be stupid to not have a keepsake made! I'm so glad I did now. I want to have more nappies made for DD but hubby can't get his head around how bulky they are even though they break down and are easier to use the more they are washed. She doesn't make them anymore as her brand has moved on from nappies but she is happy to make a keepsake one for this baby. And hubby said he's agreed to a custom nappy for her bum and if I want, custom made dresses instead. Fair compromise. Chunky little fluffy butts aren't for everyone and he finds it rather awkward holding the baby when he has them on.
