ROFL... i have a pic of Daisy with her Disana woolies on her head... i'll find it ....

Ahh girls those WC look very tempting too.. i need to stock up on night nappies!
He seems to out wee his Pop in's now...

Awww Im loving all these cloth bummed babies :cloud9:

Just a quick question if no one minds, but do you find these nappies cheaper in the long run?
I was at ASDA today and I nearly fainted when I saw how expensive nappies are! Especially when babies go through so many. So Im defo thinking that when I do finally become a mummy, that these cloth nappies will be what I go for.

Thanks xx

lol it depends on how addicted you get and what type of nappies you use

my stash began with bamboozles and totsbots organic cotton and a couple of preloved wraps
which was cheap enough i got the bamboozles preloved too so cost me about 50quid
she outgrew these at about 4 and a half months

so she then went into medium ittis... these dont need a wrap but are more expensive, preloved they cost about a tenner, i reckon i sent about £150 on these, which i resold to buy my large sizes now,

but its easy to get carried away with designs/custom made etc

ps yumyum nice avatar :p

You can do it very cheaply, some systems like Flips can cost £100 or less for a full BTP amount and then an extra £20 or so on some extra boosters for nighttime.
As Sezzle says though the addiction can make it cost more money BUT all nappies do have a resale value. Example Itti Bittis cost around £11-£14 new and usually resell for £8-£10 each.
Ive spent quite a bit on nappies but despite my severe nappy addiction and ordering of custom embroidered (expensive...eek) nappies I will still overall have spent less on the nappies and the electric and the washing liquid it uses than I would spend on disposables....thats without counting the resale value of the nappies AND without counting using a set of nappies on more than one baby...say if you plan to have 2 or 3 then reusable nappies could become even more economical.

We spent around £200 for 20 birth to potty pocket nappies each with 2 inserts, a bucket, laundry bags, liners and 2 extra night time boosters.

Adding to the 'babies with fluff on their heads' pics: Dexter with dalmatian bb on his head (cause it's too big for his bum )

LOL he looks a bit biassed in the second pic and he has chunked out quite a bit.. most of the nappies he wears are slim fitting but even the Pop-in doenst look huge on him though..
