Aisling has fish fingers every other week, don't see a problem with them

I give Ella fish fingers and chicken nuggets once in awhile. She loves them! I'm not sure what a potato waffle is... Is it a hashbrown?

Brooke has what i call a "freezer" dinner once a week, fish fingers, chicken dippers, waffles, etc etc. Just as long as the salt content is ok and its not every day then i think your safe

Yeah, Aisling has a freezer dinner about once a week too. I'm trying to make things myself to put in the freezer to have ready for her but more often than not she gets fish fingers!

just make sure she has less that 1g of salt a day. Some pre-packaged foods are very high in salt, so check the label before you buy.
