Preparation H gel for piles?

I have been using preparation H gel to hopefully get rid of Percy the pile for the last couple of days and it doesn't really seem to be helping. I was just wandering if anyone else has used this sucessfully before? Percy is driving me insane!!

lol Percy the pile! I don't think prep h actually gets rid of them just helps inflammation? I really wish there was a cure. At one point one of mine was so painful I was gonna go to the ER. I wish they'd just go away I'm already gonna be embarrassed that people are gonna see them when I'm pushing out LO! And from what I hear they can get worse after delivery.

Try a sitz bath, or run a few inches of warm water in your bathtub and sit in it for a bit. Also witch hazel can help with inflammation.

They do go away eventually (I've had two so far), keep applying the cream, drink lots of water and up your fibre intake.
