Some people just have low temps but still get pregnant ... as long as you have a shift in temperature from before O and after O then it's okay.
 
Hi girls I just wanted to pop in and say congrats to all the bfps! I try to check once a week and hadn't in a few weeks then I noticed the huge jump in numbers! Good luck to the rest of you and lots of baby dust to you all.

Hi girls
Feeling a bit down. Got pos OPK tonight and hubby has been awesome. We've BD'd everyday for the past few day. And he was totally on board to keep going every day. But then I got my pos OPK tonight and told him. He had a bad day at work and didn't feel like it so I kind of had to beg and he still didn't want to. Finally he agreed and I said don't bother cos I feel pathetic and sad having to bag my own husband for sex. It's so degrading. Then he finally talked me around and we did it and it was good. But I still feel a bit weird about it all...
I hate TTC... Sorry for the downer xx
 
1st month for me using pre-seed. I didn't plan on using it but the local pharmacy had it and decided at the last minute to buy some. I know I BD at the right time as got a positive on a clear blue OPK. Only a few DPO so got bit of a wait ahead of me to see if it has made a difference!

:hugs: sorry it was a bad night. I can relate, TTC is tough. And TTC sex sucks. I hate it. I can't wait for the days when we can have sex without worrying what CD it is!

:hugs: Awww hun, I know just what you mean! TTC can make sex feel like a job sometimes and our men, no matter how great and loving, just don't always "get it." It's so hard to be spontaneous and feel sexy when you've just poas or shoved preseed up inside!! It won't always be like this though :flower:. Just think of that sweet little bundle that's waiting for you!
 
Just entered the TWW. This was my first cycle using preseed and I have to say I love this stuff. DH loved it too. This is month 5 for TTC, so I'm very anxious for a BFP this time!
 
hey ladies the witch got me so im out :cry: on to cycle 5.

question: when my husband and i went to the fertility urologist bc of his sa the dr asked if we used lubricants and i said preseed. he said he had never heard of it and suggested we dont use it in case its hurting out chances. has anyone heard of anything like that?
 
londongirl-- Don't fret! You are not alone. I hate TTC sex too. It is almost like a chore and you kinda have to do it if you want that BFP. That is why I like Preseed too though because I don't really have to be "in the mood" and hubby can still do his business. LOL Hubby has turned me down before. I know it seems weird because men always seem to want it but they are human too (sometimes LOL) and get tired and are not in the mood. Don't take it personally!

haj624-- Preseed is specifically designed to create an environment where sperm thrive. Other lubricants typically prevent sperm from entering the cervix, but not Preseed. There wouldn't be 27 BFP's from using Preseed if it inhibited conception. No worries. :)

Dont worry londongirl, you arent alone. Im banned from mentioning anything about 'ovulation' mid cycle because my hubby (apparently) feels too pressured and like a 'sperm donor' when i do. lol
So I just try to keep my mouth shut about it all. Most times we just bd eod and that covers our bases.

londongirl sorry that you had a rough time with hubby tonight hope that it will be worth it at the end and like the other ladies say men just don't know how to express their emotions so they do it with anger for me it's the other way around DH is always more than willing to do his part and asks me how my "expirements" are going as he calls my opks and cbfm and all the things that i do to check for o, i guess and this is only me the reason why they feel like it's a job at times is bc we get devastated when we get that bfn and since they are men maybe they think that they let us down some how at least that is how my hubby explained it to me since most our hubbys want to make us happy seeing us sad does something to them too just a thought

The whole thing is a bit of a head f*ck as it does add tension to a relationship. My biggest feeling was guilt because he'd had such a pooey day and was exhausted. But we did it in the end (and it was good!!) so double bonus!!

Well to be fair it didn't help yesterday, ha! 7DPO now, just waiting for Sunday, will start testing 11DPO :) What about you?

Hey ladies I just wanted to drop by one more time. I am not sure that it made a difference for me but the 2nd month using preseed we also did the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. Between the two it worked for us just in case any of you want to check it out. You can google it and see what it is all about. It is sort of just a scheduled BD plan for your cycle. Every other day till positive opk then every day for 3 days skip a day then one more day for good luck. If you don't get a positive opk (I didn't) you guess for those three days then every other day till positive or witch gets you.
 
LITTLENIBBLE, Im def going to check that out! I am on my 3rd cycle of Clomid and started using pre-seed last cycle.
