Progesterone 26.9 and hcg 28 at 4 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies

So I am 4 weeks pregnant or so I thought ?
Got a positive urine test at march 2nd . Basically I had a scan done on the 5th March and saw a sac with nothing in it... bloods came back negative at 1 hcg.

Fast forward to the 14th March got another positive pregnancy test on hpt and the lines are getting darker

But my bloods were taken yesterday and wwaiting till Friday for them to be taken again ... till then I am going out my mind....
Are these results too low for a viable pregnancy?????

I've never heard of anything like this happening. I would think your bhcg would be positive with a positive urine test and gestational sac in uterus. Following. I hope you get answers soon!
