Pumping

i'm not sure if i'm getting a good amount from pumping or not. how much do you ladies usually get? the most i have ever gotten was 5 oz. and the least was 2 oz. i usually pump for about 10-15 mins or as long as the milk keeps flowing. any tricks to help me get more? i want to make the most of pumping when i go back to work. (in 2 days )

sorry I have no suggestions the most I ever got was 4oz. Good luck if u learn any tricks feel free to share

the most i get is 6oz i think 5oz is fairly good

I used to do around 6oz so 5oz sounds ok to me. I used to pump first thing in the morning before their first feed when there was a lot of milk to go round!

I'd try and get into pumping at the same time each day when you have peace and quiet and don't feel rushed.
