dhs results say 60% nonmotile and sluggish 30% and motile 10% does this mean 40% motile ???? or just the 10 % goodswimmers??? my question is can slow swimmers still reach and fertilize an egg???

Didn't want to r&r but I was trying to figure this out as well. My hubby had his SA done a couple of months back and I have no clue how to read his results. :(

10% are "normal" sperm, the sluggish ones CAN in fact reach an egg and fertalize it, the 60% non motile will never reach an egg, probably due to semi high morphology where the sperm are simply deformed. he should be fine, you may in the future, baring any other fertility problems, check into IUI especially at home IUI but give it some time and see what happens

well it says deformed 30% and normal 70% so morphology is ok . 20 mil /ml hes on clomid now , i hope it changes nymbers ...in a good way though
