Question for Fenugreek grads

After a bout of double mastitis that severely decreased my milk supply, I began taking 2 610mg capsules of fenugreek four times a day and have successfully increased my supply.

Do I need to continue the fenugreek to keep the supply, or can I stop the fenugreek?

Probably not. Because supply depends on the amount of extraction, then you will normally be able to remain at the higher rate of supply.
