If i have pains on one side down there AND a positive OPK do you think i have ovulated??



(I did tend to get some ovulation pains each month before my MC)

I would start temping just to be sure because I got a positive opk and o pains but no temp rise.

the ONLY way to confirm you have ovulated is by charting your temps (or having daily ultrasounds to have a look!!)

It must rise and stay up for at least 3 days.
