So i figure the only way I can tone up is to do an exercise dvd in the mornings (like 6am or earlier) but I look at them and have no idea what to get, anyone have any ideas? I want to tone up and burn fat!
^^ i second 30 day shred! i started to see results after the 4/5th day and my endurance has improved soooooooo much in those few days, i need to keep on with it as i have been slacking for a couple of days xx
It is only 20/25 minutes long but none stop and she packs a lot of exercises in that time x
oh i have never heard of that dvd before i just looked it up and reviews look amazing so i will be getting that for sure and 30mins is brillaint me and hubby can do it together xxx
