Red Raspberry leaf vs Raspberry leaf

Im seeing that people are taking both in the tablets n tea??Is it one or the other??I started pregnancy tea today n it says start Organic Raspberry Leaf at 34 wks next wednesday.and its says u can use one of each in the cup..thanks

me tooo, just some people say RED raspberry rather than just raspberry leaf..i think.
i wonder if i hadn't taken it would i beable to feel bubs down 'there' as much!
