Update: added new test today (11/1/12) they are on p5 post #44 and digital on P10 post #97

hey all long story short, (for long story read my TTC journal) TTc almost 5 years, we did iui ended in OHSS in nov, got my period 14th december, now roughly 12-13dpo, did a opk the other night and it was bright positive been feeling kinda sickly. period due tomorrow but been having simple period like pains for the last week or so....

went to hospital last thursday as needed to get the all clear from the OHSS and they said the linning of my womb was thickening? she said that likely meant i was going to get my period. felt funny so did a hpt tonight and got veery faint positive line what i think is a positive anyways but unsure

had to ask my OH to confirm line was actually there. but i would only be about 3 weeks 5days gone. if i am that is not counting my chickens....

not at ours they don't only have tesco's own ones on sale and its half 8 at time and wee mans in bed tesco is a bit away lol will maybe buy another different brand in the morning but got the two test pack so got one here for the morning,.

been getting crampy pains which i am beyond worried about but trying not to think about anything in terms of "i am pregnant" just there was a line on the test so it might be but might also be a fuck up.... or a chemical or anything like that i dunno......

not even sure the sensitivity of the pregnancy tests, going to phone fertility clinic in the morning because getting pains so would rather get checked out but also would like to know for sure and been taken care of from our history if i am pregnant be lucky if i still am tomorrow...

Hi hun didn't want to read and run so I thought I would tell u
A/ that line is as clear as day
B/ crampy pains just before af if your pregnant are very normal and a really good sign, I was in agony just before af due when I had just gotten a bfp
C/ I really think your pregnant see if u can get hold of a frer and or a digi I'm pretty sure both will show up now
Good luck but I don't think you are going to need it oh and also in my experience (only mine) when I get a bfp before af is due it's always been a healthy baby but when I get a bfp after af (a week or so after) then I found I m/c and I have noticed that there is a pattern of it happening to ladies on here too but there are some that can contradict that too but I'm pretty sure you have a sticky one in there xx

thanks i have had a few chemicals which i got positives before period then period showed up but then period showed up sorry i am very tense and worried thanks for information i really hope your right i really do. we were told last week we would never have kids as we're not allowed to TTC/get treatment anymore

I deffintly see it!!! Is that a superdrug test? If so i can show you what mine looked like when i got a Pregnant 1-2 on a digi if you like!

That's a clear line. You can buy the frer pack that has a digi yes/no with it!! Good luck

yeah line showed up within a few mins which was the time limit....

thanks hun i really hope so too really worried here want to know for sure if its sticky but know it doesn't work that way feel like its been a long horrible road for a loss to occur now would just be a spit in our faces when we've been broken and beaten for years pretty depressing wish i hadn't tested now.

was that with a healthy pregnancy? how far along were you? the test i got was a cheapie tesco's own one been looking but apparently if its thick line and pink should be okay but could still be a loss or chemical or whatnot better not be a ectopic can't deal with more drama and tragity at the moment

I was 3weeks 6days. I did miscarry but thats not to say that you will. My HCG rose normal untill 6 weeks. x
