Hey girls

Ive been on metformin for 5 months now and im ovulating but nothing. Ive had 1 chemical 2 months ago, im guessing my egg quality must not be too good and ive been reading up about royal jelly improveing egg quality and quantity

Have any of you lovely ladies had any success with it and could you please share your stories?

It may have been a coincidence, but the same cycle that I started using royal jelly was the cycle I conceived. I was also taking CoQ10 so that may have helped too, but I definitely would recommend at least giving it a try.

Hi, my doctor told me to take royal jelly to improve egg quality as well? Is there brand and quantity you can suggest? Thanks.
