No no no, you're all wrong. The top one is a bap (i.e. bacon bap) the one underneath is a hotdog roll, and then its a tea cake.

I would call them all Bread. But if you use it for a hot dog then its a Hot Dog Bun. if you use the long one for a sandwhich, then it is a Sub Sandwich.
