I read both Sara and Sarah the same way Sarah Palin's name is pronounced. However I have an aunt in Guatemala and her name is Sara- Sah-Ra so if I were to read the name in Spanish I would read it in the latter pronunciation. It really all just depends. I'm in the Midwest US and only ever hear S-air-a (or S-e-ra) regardless of spelling. It's a beautiful name either way, and either way I think it's beautiful with Cade!
