I'm not sure I gave my due date on this thread It is the 1st September!

I wish you all luck on Friday, gonna be a day full of excitement when you all post back

Talking of getting teary at TV programmes......dancing on ice, I was fighting back the tears when Zoe got her 1st 6

We went out on saturday and bought 2 baby items, 1 cute white baby grow and a lovely thick white jumper. That is all we are buying now tho until we know the sex as last time we had so much neutral stuff coz we couldn't stop buying, we ended up with way too much as we wanted to go out buy boys stuff as soon as we found out the sex So a lesson learned!

We have looked at prams etc but nothing out there I really like, so we are sticking with out i-candy apple and just buying new wheels and covers. So that is a huge saving, all the more to spend on the nursery We already have our cotbed as we never got round to taking it out the box for Alfie, so Woohoo!!

Well this is my 5th day now I think that I have felt GREAT! I am not sure if I am getting the start of SPD tho, as I am getting some familiar aches and pains, but I am keeping my fingers crossed!

Oh, and I am off to the 2nd trimester tomorrow!! x

Good luck to everyone with scans on Friday - can't wait to see the pics. We have ours on monday, but then go straight to my parents caravan for week so will just have the pics for the 2 of us for that time

We been lucky that people have given us loads of things cheap - so we have cot, travel system, moses basket, bath and other bits already

We had our first scan today and saw our little bean swimming around and waving at us. Due date now 15th September.

duffers glad your scan went well will change your due date on the list in a mo. wont be long til we all venture to 2nd trimester i cant wait either. be such a big milestone for me though each week is a big milestone for me and i get closer and closer to having a healthy baby.

has anyone got strange cravings? i cant stop thinking about lager and really really really want it! i had half a glass last week as i needed it and needed it right that minute but its so hard to ignore it! will have to drink shandy instead but wont be the same why do i have to get a craving what i cant have! x

The only carving Ive had so far that has stuck is to have vinegar on EVERYTHING!! from normal stuff like chips, to bizzarre things like pizzas and burgers!!! YUM!!

My u/s on Friday is @ 2:15pm, so you can all bet I'll be posting here in the morning, beforehand, all excited...

As for cravings babytots, that is so so strange... I think it was last week I was whining to OH about how I really could have gone for a beer... it sounded just soooo so good... go figure, eh? Lately all I've really fancied is cheese (which is normal for me ), chocolate, meat, and fruit (not all together, lol). Now that I read vinegar.... that sounds really good too.... Thanks for the tip, Marg!

Speaking of which... Im starving... I feel like I'm constantly looking for something to eat!

As for cravings, totally loving ice lollies at the minute especially twisters, apart from that I seem to have a really hard time deciding exactly what it is I am wanting to eat lol.

all you Friday scans are so lucky! I have to wait 14 more days till i go to the doctor and even then I am only getting to hear the heartbeat, not an ultrasound I wanted to see my "lil Sack" moving around like all you guys have talked about!
