Soooooo jealous, i want to go over to the 2nd trimester..... not thats it great here!!!!:thumpup: Good luck for upcoming scans, its the best feeling!!!!
I am feeling good about everything at the mo, shame i cant seem to stay up past 9pm but all the other bits seem to be better!!!!

Oh my god!! i'm not having a good day. i have been so ill. it all started yesterday afternoon. i felt really ill and wasnt keeping anything down. today it has continued but even worse. struggling to keep water down. i phoned my mum cause i was in such a state. i have since phoned and left a message on the midwifes answer phone, but that was more than half an hour ago and now that its after 5pm they'll have all gone home. i feel so useless.

can you ring your local maternity unit? or call your docs, you need to be able to keep at least fluids down

i have just returned from the doc. my midwife phoned me and arranged to see my gp. he tested my urine and i have traces of keytones. he did acupuncture on me when i was there and gave me anti sickness tablets. i have to go back to see gp tomorrow morning and get my urine retested. if the keytones get higher, i will be admitted to the hospital to get a drip in.
i am so hungry i want to cry

Feeling for you guys who've had MS, luckily (touch wood) i havent. Just had abit of nausea.

Got a second scan booked for tommorro at 3.30pm. Feeling very nervous. If this scans fine then i'll relax and stop worrying.

Haven't been on for ages it seems!
Glad to hear everyone is doing well - although sorry for symptoms returning babytots, hope you feel better soon.
My due date has been moved to 9th Sept, so it's 09/09/09, which is fun!
Although that's practically a guarantee that baby won't pop by then!!!

That was at a 12 weeks scan, which was completely amazing, the sonographer was incredible and showed me all the organs and the feet and hands and even showed me the little stomach filling up with fluid and the bladder filling too!!! totally incredible!!

Started telling people over the weekend, which has been exciting!!
Although my mean boss didn't say congratulations for about 20 mins and one mean lady at work said 3 months is too early, it's only after 4 months that you should tell anyone because anything can happen until 4 months
What a miserable thing to say!!

And she said if the doctor told you it's after 3 months, then he's wrong!!

Anyways, I'm not believing her, I feel much better to be almost 13 weeks and hopefully all is well.

Still can't hear anything on a doppler though
But spoke to a friend whose husband is a doctor and she said even the day before the baby came she couldn't hear on a doppler!!!!
So that made me feel better!

Anyway, enough babbling from me!!!

My due date is the 9th of Sept too and I hadn't realised until your post 10thSept that it would be 09/09/09. How cool but what a dafty I am for not realising earlier lol!

So excited about the scans on Friday ladies! Can't wait to see all the pics hee hee!!!

Sorry Haaza123 - hadn't noticed that you've got your scan tomorrow. Try not to be nervous huni - it will be go fab and wait until you see your little baby for the first time...wow....it is the best feeling ever!!!

Hello and boy you sure keep this thread moving! I still have to read more pages to catch up!

I so feel for those that have ms! I had it with all my other pregnancies, but not this 1. Thank goodness because I started ms with my twins at about 7 or 8 weeks and it lasted till I was 19 weeks and I had it all the time. I couldn't eat much and when I did eat my stomach got upset. I lost over 30 pounds in that time, but my boys were still growing.

I probably won't get another scan until the end of April when I'll have 1 to check to see what I am having.

can't believe how tired I am at the moment, in bed already and reckon I will be asleep in the next 1/2 hour, well at least it means the scan will be here quicker.

teeny-j sorry to hear your so sick. hope the tablets work for you. which ones have you been given? hope those keytones go down tomorow so you dont need further treatment. i know how you feel i'm on tablets and if i wasnt on them i wouldnt be able to keep anything down either. it gets so bad that i cant even swallow without being sick. these tablets i'm on are heaven.

thankfully feeling better now. got to stop having such late nights as i think thats why i felt so sick today lack of a good nights sleep. but then i love watching csi repeats on sky so end up going to bed late hence why i'm posting so late lol.

haaza good luck for your scan tomorow am sure it will go fine sweetie!

10thsept my df really hopes this baby is born on the 9th. my dd was born in 06 and due in june and he really hoped she would of come on the 6th so 06/06/06 but she came on the 19th.

the 9th would be such a good day to be born on and no one will forget the babies date of birth in a hurry.

right i'm off brush my hair wish is still up in a towel and go to bed. hoping i feel ok enough tomorow to take the girls to a soft play centre. x

hey babytots. the tablets i have got are buccastem. which is weird cause i was on them for a while last year and the doc told me to stop them immediatly if i found out that i was pregnant. which makes me a bit warey of taking them.
