hello ladies sorry not posted in a while was meant to post bump pics but then fall asleep lmao and yesterday i was poorly with a migraine and being sick someone please remind me never to touch chocolate milk again wasnt nice bring back up . thankfully after a good nights sleep i'm feeling a bit better today.

star-dust- i just have the 2 girls for now. this baby is our last one. yes i do have my hands full as my girls are really young hollie is 3 in june and a complete nightmare and charlotte is 18 months who is a complete angel in the day but a nightmare at bedtime lmao!

i love the pram you are getting its lush! so unfair as i dont really need a new pram but so tempted to get one anyways lmao! if i do though i'll probably be buying a double. still umming and arring on whether to get one or not.

had to pmsl at your attempt at baking a cake must say it did look good for a first attempt that was til i saw the second photo. oh dear! what did you partner think when he came home?

siyren- definately go see cab they can help you as it sounds like they have cut your hours down due to you being pg and not for any other reason.

rachy- i sent df out yesterday for some refreshers and tescos didnt have them but he bought a fun size bag which has the mini versions in along with love hearts,lollies etc. had one yesterday though didnt really enjoy it since i had a migraine and was feeling sick.

as for moses baskets both my girls had one and they still fitted in them at 6 months!i bet your thinking wtf lol they take after their daddy in height and arent very tall so probably why lmao. i think with this baby i might get a swinging crib as never had one before and as its my last be nice to see what one is like.

i too like this thread as can chat about complete nonsense or have a proper conversation. theres only so much a nearly 3yr old can understand about babies and how sick mummy is lol.

can i just say mmmmm to callipo lollies orange flavour havent had one since i was pg with my youngest might have to invest in some. mmmm to feasts too i love love love them! havent had one of those in a while either. have sworn of anything chocolately until i know i can keep it down forgotten just how horrid chocolaty things taste when you bring them back up.

think i have caught up with everyone now. just before i go here are my14 week and 16 week bump pics . the ones in the black top are at 14 weeks and the others at 16 so far i am all bump and i can still get my skinny jeans around my thighs (though my stomach not quite so lol) x

My pregnant friend demonstrated how you get out of them when only a month away from giving birth.. you kind of roll off the side onto hands and kness and then get up... or you get your OH to haul you up... it ain't glamorous, but she swears by it!!

They deliver within 1-2 days but I've asked them not to send it til next Weds cos I know my man is working from home then, so he'll be there when they deliver.

Hey girls,
I hate that Ive hardly been around lately! *pout*
Im not even sure if Ive posted in our 2nd Tri thread yet?
I was just wondering if any of yous have had very bad back pain?
I am 18 weeks tomorrow dance and still hardly showing... but by the end of the day, my back is KILLING me... sleeping, I toss and turn because I have to switch sides, or else my back aches... I cant sleep on my back whatsoever. Than when I wake up and get out of bed, I walk like a SUPREMELY old lady, in short little steps because of the pain.
This morning all Ive done is BAWL because Im just so mother effing uncomfortable, and Im not even big yet!!
Is this normal? Could it be since Im not really showing yet (Baby still seems to be hiding within my abdomen pretty well) that Baby is putting alot of pressure on my lower back or something? (I can provide a bump picture if that might help if ya'll cant visualize how Baby is 'hiding')

Is there anything I can do to help?
Ive slept with a pillow under one leg on my side, but it doesnt make much of a difference, except I dont have to switch sides as often.
Sorry for the whine... but I am out of ideas!

Windbloom, there was a thread yesterday about pain in the hips and legs which might be similar to your problem. I'm finding that the side of my hips are really painful when I sleep and I feel like I've been laying on them for days, rather than a few hours. Someone else (whoever started the thread.. can't remember who it was) had said they are really struggling with this and with dead legs in the morning. Someone replied saying they'd got a memory foam mattress topper and it really helped - I'm thinking this might help for you too?

marg- my scan is on sunday 5 days to go and counting. my pregnant brain seems to have forgotten the time though think its at 2.50pm but will have to ring them and confirm the time just incase i have got it wrong.

windbloom lovely to see you back sorry to hear you are suffering with your back sorry i have no advice when i was pg with dd2 i bought loads of pillows to prop myself up a bit in bed and to put inbetween my legs under my bump etc. i have problems turning over in bed now i seem to forget i have a bump and then am in agony once i have managed to force my big fat self over lol. hope the pains subside for you soon hun.

need to think of things to do for tomorow and thursday so the rest of the week doesnt drag til my scan. cant wait to find out now though i am sure its a girl. roll on sunday lol. x

Oh crap, I didn't think of that.... we only have a bath too as we have sloping ceilings in our bathroom over the bath itself so there isn't really the height for a shower. Hmmmmm.... this could be interesting!!

firegal- i want the bean bag lol, somehow i dont think it'd last long with our puppy, he's brilliantly behaved until left alone, and then noothing is safe!

windbloom- sorry bout your back, i dont have any suggestions, i've had hip pain and all thats wokred for me is the pillow trick.


anyway, random question, does anyone get pain across their abdomen when they sneeze with very little warning, is this something i should be worried about?
